Goddamn horror show
Goddamn horror show! Was switched over from my 20 year hosting company. My site has been down for weeks at a time. Email servers are constantly changing and you can not get ANY support! There is no email support, there are NO humans. There is a chat window that you can find when you are NOT logged into the account. They send no notices. The site is completely user non-friendly. It's a damn a nightmare. How on earth they can exist as this, is incredible. Sprint don't run away from them.

If I could give -5 I would. Ipage stopped having customer support other than chat. I had questions regarding what I purchased and my billing and it is impossible to get those answers. I had renewed my domain, but since I could get no support called the next day to cancel and they refused to return my money. Terrible company now. Used to be good. Don't use this company for anything.
