The agent had great customer service but im dissapointed that ipage increased my annual hosting fee without any communication to me.

I have been with iPage for a very long time. I haven't had any problems and things have been relatively running smoothly. Of course prices go up and that is something we can't stop. But that would be the only major thing that makes me a little sad, having to pay more every so often it goes up. Other thing is as much as I like chatting, I also like talking on the phone it just depends on what it is that I'm trying to do or ask. But overall things always work out and I'm on my way back to working on my websites. Perhaps the merge with Network Solutions is going to help iPage to continue and become better overall!

I highly recommend iPage for their excellent customer service. I have been with iPage for several years but had to end my relationship with them. They were actually very helpful in releasing my relationship with them. They are a great company. I would've have stayed but I need a platform that offered much more of an all-inclusive format.

I have been a ipower web customer since 2005 and somehow ended up recently with my domains & hosting with this shell excuse for a company. No access to support or chat. Purporting support links with nothing behind them, my e-mail now being hosted by roundcube freeware. - avoid....

I was able to connect via chat with iPage support rep. He was very accommodating and understood the issue. He went above and beyond to help. He was able to reverse the charges.

Be aware of iPage scam. I turned off auto-renewal when I signed up for the web hosting service. I received an email last week stating that if I don't renew the service, my site will be inaccessible. I did not use that website. So, I did not want to renew. I responded to cancel the service.
However, today I saw that my credit card was charged $239 for one year of service. I called the iPage support and asked them why I was charged. The answer: auto-renewal was on. I did not turn auto-renewal on. iPage is a scam company. Do NOT use this company. I have filed a dispute with my credit card company. Will file a complaint with FTC to prevent this company from doing business in the US
