Intelligent Business Water Omdömen

I used Intelligent Business Water to get a discount for my holiday let property. Everything was clearly explained and I got an excellent price. I highly recommend!

Switching to Intelligent Business Water could not have been easier. It really helped having the fantastic adviser Lesley Foy. She explained everything to me in a way that was clear and easy to understand. All costs and most importantly the great discount were clearly laid out for me to make an 'intelligent' decision. First rate service. Thank you.

We were contacted by Intelligent Water in regards to our water supply. We were given a very competitive quote, and any questions we had were answered quickly. The signing up process was straightforward. So far very pleased.

John N was very responsive to my enquiry and gave clear answers to all my questions as well as offering a good rate versus my existing supplier. I will look forward to switching to Intelligent Business Water.

I cannot thank Denise enough for making the whole process of obtaining a supplier so smooth and stress-free. Denise clearly explained everything I needed to know, is super patient and her customer care skills are off the scale. Thank you! 🙏🏼 I'm glad I chose IBW.

Lesley F was really helpful and explained everything in a simple and friendly way, I'm glad she picked up the phone.

Chris was very helpful advising how we could save money on all of our utility accounts. He changed them over without me having to sit in queues to go through that process. I love the fact that we can contact a person immediately to discuss any potential issue.
First class service

Thanks to Lesley for helping end our contract with the transfer of our business to a new owner. We did not encounter such a friendly and efficient support from our other utility suppliers.

Excellent communication with Lesley Foy and the best prices we could find in Scotland.

Patient (she had to call me many times) Clear and Helpful - 5 stars to Lesley!

Ashley Sage has been an absolute star with our Company, Thistle Credit Union. She assisted us in transferring all our new offices onto one easy and simple solution to use intelligent Business Water. Our finance department now pay one company. Ashley took everything out of my hands and did all the work for us leaving me to get in with my own work. I would recommend Ashley to anyone thinking of transferring their water suppliers - first class and when we open our other offices my first stop will be with Ashley.
Thanks again for all your help.

Superb service from Ashley from initial discussion through to final transfer and dealing brilliantly with her knowledge in an awkward situation

Excellent customer service in a space where a lot of other companies are lacking. We changed suppliers for several of our offices and Ashley was amazing. The process has also been straight forward since our commencement date. Communication is everything!

On Tuesday 9/4/24 I was looking to change water company covering my Lawn Bowling Club. One of the companies to contact myself was Intelligent Business Water, the sales person Lesley was first class. She provided all information I required and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. On our second call to finalise matters she diligently took time to ensure I was satisfied and took the decision to change. At no time did I feel I was pushed to make a decision thanks to Lesley’s involvement.

Was contacted by Denise who talked me through the whole process of transferring to Intelligent Business Water, everything was explained and all questions I had answered
