Commercial Water Solutions Omdömen

Really good service from Alastair again. We have used him for our holiday let properties. He is responsive and the prices are good. Website application is easy to use and sorted quickly

For any questions or issues you face with your Water & Waste bills, Alastair Ross comes highly recommended. From the start, Alastair made a special effort to assist me in resolving my billing issues. Unlike other Water companies that caused nothing but trouble over the years, Alastair was the first to thoroughly investigate everything on my behalf. He efficiently gathered all necessary details from me, coordinated with Scottish Water, and led us to a successful resolution. My Water & Waste bills are now more affordable, all thanks to Alastair's dedication. I strongly endorse this gentleman and Commercial Water Solutions.

We cannot recommend Commercial Water Solutions enough. We had endured a very long saga of frustration and dissatisfaction with our previous water supplier who also made it very difficult for us to terminate our contract with them. When we first contacted Commercial Water Solutions we spoke to Alistair who helped us make the switch over. Thereafter our experience was like night and day, no call centres and hours spent navigating menus and waiting in queues only to speak to a different call handler on each occasion - none of whom seemed to be able to understand or be able to help, as is the case all too often nowadays. Each time we needed to contact Commercial Water Solutions there was no waiting and we spoke with Alistair who was friendly and professional and genuinely interested in helping to resolve our situation - to the point where he went beyond the call of duty to rectify things for us. The level of service we received was second to none and sadly very rare to find these days. We would not hesitate to recommend this company which is a breath of fresh air in a corrupt world.

I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Commercial Water Solutions. I reached out to all of the water suppliers, some still haven't got back to me, others were AI responses, those that did reply with actual people were weeks and weeks after I'd contacted them. Thankfully CWS exist, Alastair Ross contacted me straight away, gave me all the information I needed, and returned all my emails quickly and helpfully. If you need you need your water connected you need to speak to Alastair at Commercial Water Solutions.

Used for 6 and a half years for my business premises and couldn't be happier. Great communication, clear billing, reasonable charges. I know for a fact that not all commercial utilities operate to the same high standards - switch to them at your earliest opportunity!

We would not hesitate to recommend CWS as a business partner.
We have been working with CWS for nearly four years now. We first contacted them along with other suppliers when we realised that the property that we had bought to use as a furnished holiday let needed to transfer from a domestic to a business water supply.
Alastair was one of the few suppliers who bothered to respond to our initial enquiry and he was subsequently very helpful in guiding us through the process of getting on stream, even though we must be one of his smallest customers. Since then we have always received clear and timely communications from CWS regarding our water usage and any adjustments required to our monthly payments to account for the metered water usage variations.

What a refreshing change to have an organised and professional person to communicate with. Our dealings with Alastair at Commercial Water Solutions have been by far the easiest and smoothest from the beginning, right through to the end of our contract. I have no hesitation in thoroughly recommending this company.

Scottish Water tried to bill me for a non-existent commercial supply. A nuisance to say the least.
Alastair at CWS reviewed the evidence and resolved the matter with minimal time wasted. Very refreshing to have a well qualified and straightforward person to deal with in an industry dominated by obtuse computer systems and unqualified call centre staff who are unable to help through no fault of their own!

I have been dealing with your colleague, Alastair Ross by email which culminted in a zoom call with him today. I cannot praise him enough. He has always been very professional and timeous in his dealings and made a complicated process sound so easy. Today, he broke everything down into understandable chunks and explained everything to me in an easy to understand manner. You are very lucky to have him in your team. i felt comfortable and confident with him and trust that he will follow through on his commitments. Unfortunately I have tried to deal with one or two other companies on the Scottish Water website - they either werent interested or didn't reply to emails and phone messages etc. Thank goodness for Alastair Ross and your company

Alastair Ross, I would highly recommend to help you with any enquiries and problems you have with your Water & Waste bills. Alastair went out his way from day one to help me get my Water & Waste bills corrected. I had nothing but hassle over the years with other Water companies and Alastair was the first person/business to look into everything for me. From getting all information from myself, getting Scottish Water involved and getting to the end result. I am now going to be cheaper with my Water & Waste bills, thanks to Alastair. I would highly recommend this Gentleman and Commercial Water Solutions.

Superb company - a rare thing these days.
Alastair has been enormously helpful during our time with Commercial Water Solutions - always responds and always does what he says he’ll do.
I have no hesitation in recommending this company - professional through and through.

I would like to highly recommend commercial water solutions. As a newcomer to business and new to needing to provide and pay for a water supply they could not have been more helpful. In particular Alistair Ross who handled everything for me did so with care and professionalism..In addition their very prompt replies to emails is very heartening especially when so many companies are not so good when it comes to corresponding..
They are also very competitive in both their costs and a very good and more than fair contract.. I recommend them 100%

Alastair and the team have been super. They are very helpful and respond to queries quickly. Would recommend them.

Alastair Ross was such a wonderful person. he helped me so much - way beyond my expectations. and all his efforts were purely to help me get the best service.

Through my business I deal with many commercial properties that have water supplies. I have dealt with many of these utilities and experienced some shocking service. However, Commercial Water Solutions are a different breed. Attentive, accurate, cost effective and accesible over several years now to the extent that I switch all supplies to them immediately. This makes supplies easier for me to deal with and I know my tenants will benefit from their high service levels going forward.

Excellent and helpful company, who respond very quickly to any queries

We have been customers of Commercial Water Solutions for many years and throughout, sometimes not being the easiest of situations when properties change between residential and business. The friendly team of employees work tirelessly to ensure the best rates and catch the account before other companies, who make you think you have no option but to sign up with them, jump in first when the assessors change the status of the property which I think is a disgrace, taking away business from companies like Commercial Water Solutions.
I have recommended this company to many, who have also been delighted with their service and will continue to do so as their honesty and trustworthiness is to be admired. AN HONEST REVIEW FROM A CONTENDED LONG STANDING CUSTOMER. THANK YOU ALL.

Initially, we were somehow "allocated" a company to manage our water supply services, but when I investigated and found Commercial Water Solutions, I was delighted at the difference: clear explanations and answers to any questions I had, proactive management of our account, and very reasonable prices compared to other companies.

Excellent company to deal with!

Very helpful and friendly and best of all: no automated phone calls or emails. It is so nice to deal with a caring, knowledgeable person who goes the extra mile to help.

Thank you!

We have been dealing with this supplier for many years and would highly recommend.
