Commercial Water Solutions Omdömen

During my years with Commercial Water Solutions I received excellent service, help and support. I found them personable and friendly and would recommend them to other businesses. Thanks CWS.

Good prices, good communication and a company who does what they say.

Alastair Ross has been very very helpful and honest. There has not been one single problem - the relationship has been excellent.

We had terrible issues with other suppliers, some were, to say the least dishonest. But no problems with Commercial.

Unfortunately, our business has had to cease trading some of our commercial properties like others due to the current pandemic situation, and I can only thank Alastair again as it must be painful to lose some of our business.

Highly recommended, and if we can re-open in the future, this will be our supplier.

Great to have a water supply company that cares about my bills and is helpful in exploring ways to reduce them. Reassuring to have a knowledgeable human to talk to rather than an untrained person in a call centre. In short, lower bills with prompt personal service.

Very helpful and prompt response. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Very competitive price, but more importantly very helpful when taking over from the previous supplier who tried everything to try and stop me moving the account.
No problems with ending the contract early due to a change in my circumstances.

Excellent, helpful company.

Helped us move from an inherited business supplier who were rude and relentless in their approach towards us - which spurred us to change suppliers.

CWS were recommended and we are thankful for their help and happy with the service provided.

We came across Commercial by chance after nothing but problems with our previous business supplier - every single month something went wrong.

We took the plunge and decided to change supplier -
Alastair Ross had us onboarded as a customer with maximum speed and a fantastic competitive price.

The time we have spent with Commercial, there has not been one single problem - the relationship has been flawless.

Unfortunately our business has had to cease trading due to the current pandemic situation, and I can only thank Alastair again for a painless and quick exit with no problems at all.

Highly recommended, and if we ever do decide to re-open elsewhere at another time, this will be our first port of call as a supplier.

We rent office and studio spaces in Edinburgh and have used Commercial Water Solutions solely for all our premises for the past five years. We have found them to be exceptionally helpful, very easy to communicate with, and utterly professional. Would highly recommend this company.

Our business carried out a review of water companies serving businesses a few years ago and selected Commercial Water Solutions. The experience was excellent from the start. We don't have a water meter but CWS were able to get us on a plan that realistically estimated how much water we used, rather than just being based on rateable value. This saved a really significant amount of money, and on top of that the customer service from CWS has always been excellent. Highly recommended.

I use Commercial water for all my self catering units and I have been very happy with their service and Alastair has always been very helpful.

Outstanding service from Commercial Water Solutions. Their support and integrity has been wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for all their help.

We are small independent automotive business in Scottish Borders and have been with Commercial Water Solutions since 2016 and I have always found them excellent.
Their rates are consistently lower than any other competitors and their clear pricing and bill itemisation make it very easy to see how they compare against other quotes. I was pleased to be able to inform a cold caller that his prices were significantly higher on every element of the quote than the rate we are currently on with CWS and he admitted that he couldn't compete.
I find the customer service and communication very good and staff are very pleasant and knowledgable, and would highly recommend this business.

Alistair from Commercial Water Solutions Ltd provided a really helpful, efficient personal service, was exceptionally knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to recommend the company.
