I am writing this review on my 89 year old mother’s behalf. She does not use the internet or have a smart phone so I had to assist her when she needed to make a claim.
My mother unfortunately got burgled just before xmas 2025 and the insurance company “settled” the claim in April 2026.
The scum that did a lot of damage getting in the property escaped with my elderly mother’s fine jewellery collection bought by my now deceased father over many many years of marriage which included lots of diamonds and gold.

The first loss adjuster visited my mother’s home promptly and started the claim process. We discussed that there are no receipts for the majority of the stolen items and what we did have was in the safe , the safe was pulled out of the wardrobe by the scum that robbed her and was taken with a lifetime of jewellery with lots of sentimental value for my mother.
The loss adjuster said it wasn’t a problem as the policy was “new for old” and for her to go round the local jewellers and get a replacement value.
It all then went quiet for a number of weeks so I chased the insurance company only to find that the initial loss adjuster now doesn’t work for this company.
No contact from them to inform my mother and the papaerwork my mother had sent him was just sat somewhere not being processed.
The second loss adjuster that was appointed to my mother was ……. I’ll be very polite and say, not very professional, the initial claim was for £25k. They eventually paid out less than half this claim.
They convinced my mother that the gold was 9 carat when I knew over the years my Dad would only buy 18 carat gold , and we had no valuation for the diamond rings my mother owned.
The whole process has been very draining on my mums mental health and she feels like she has been robbed twice. Once by the scum that broke into her property and then by the insurance company. I understand that it is hard for insurance companies but I do feel they took advantage of my mother.
I cannot recommend this insurance company to others based on how they dealt with an old lady.

Terrible company totally undercut us so we were out of pocket by over £3000. The whole point of insurance is to put you in the position you were in prior to any accident. From start to finish it was clear all they were concerned with is how little they could get away with offering us. I would NOT recommend this company . We are back together now after a totally stressful time and £3000 worse off !

Absolute scam - buyer beware. Took out cover with these rogues only to be told that the claim I made was wear and tear after a storm damaged my roof. They basically could say that about absolutely anything therefore I am cancelling my cover with them immediately. The only way I could have known that my roof was not in a good way, would have been to get a surveyor in to assess it prior to taking the cover. They did not advise me of this and gladly took my money each month.

My claim for an ink spill on my leather sofa was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The process was very smooth and the Integra team were all very pleasant and helpful

It was a great experience! The company employed a project management company who were really forward leaning and proactive. The subcontractors being engaged were really good! In fact, many of them are now in my database of trusted contacts.

Integra Insurance handled and settled the claim quickly and with no fuss. The online claim process was easy to follow.

My experience was excellent. I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and service in repairing my ring and returning it to me as beautiful as it was before I lost the diamond. This was my engagement ring bought by my husband in 1973 so great sentimental value

The whole claim was dealt with very quickly, with no lengthy, unnecessary messing about. When I correctly, queried the basis of the settlement figure, I didn’t get endless pushback, instead an extremely helpful Customer Service Representative, checked and confirmed my evidence, and altered the amount in my favour. (They way we WISH Customer Service worked, but very rarely does). Outstanding, 6 out 5!

Their insurance assessor was appointed and never even visited our house. They completed an assessment from damage pictures that we sent to them. They decided, from a laptop, that a dangerous object hanging from my roof which could have killed some passer-by, was deemed to be general wear and tear.

They have responded to me saying that they can't find any information about my original complaint. I guess that just about sums this company up! An insurance company that doesn't keep records.

Awful experience, problem started with a water leak the contractor sent smashed the patio and then it took over a year to make progress on getting that fixed and even then it wasn’t fixed fully. Unimpressed

Helpful, professional with plenty of calls, updates and information. The local company, whom they appointed, repaired the interior of the house to a good standard and were respectful to us and our property. Did have to chase up replacement of one item but that was resolved immediately over the phone.

Was extremely happy with the speed in investigating, evaluating and accepting the quote for the work involved.
Very happy also in the speed at which the payment of my claim was processed.
