Replied to my claim request on the 5th working day. From then on the service was quick, they used a different company to check the value of the item (Value Checkers). Their service was excellent. I was kept informed of progress throughout this process.

I had an unfortunate flood caused by United utilities not maintaining the neighbours next door pipework to the house, it flooded our driveway causing no end of issues and damage. We tried initially to get United utilities to sort out the damage but they just weren’t interested.

We have never made a claim on any of our insurances so we’re complete novices. From start to finish the claims team and solicitors were brilliant. They understood our concerns and dilemma and were quick to get the issue resolved.

Can’t thank your company and staff enough, I now know insurance does help when we needed it the most.

They are an amazing company to deal with all staff I have spoken to have been both helpful & understanding would highly recommend

Generally a good experience and to be fare, this was the first time I had made a claim on a house insurance, the only mistake was the amount of time we were left with no shower or bath, but when this was raised with them they looked into it and agreed it was missed and they apologised and compensated for the traveling we had to do to go to families etc. for me this was what made the experience change, I thought It was going to be another insurance company that do not listen, but they did and actioned on it, and I have say how they handled will be reason I stay with them. We all make mistakes but it's what action you take to mend the mistakes that counts thank you

From our first call to a payment conclusion-seamless no trauma. Completing the on-line claim was simply and straight forward. The concluding personal telephone call was more than just a nice touch it was very polite and courteous. We would recommend Integra services and support.

Very easy to submit my claim, which was answered positively within the published timescales.

Integra is using 'Value Checkers' to process claims. I was not happy with their support and raised a complaint with Integra. No response from Integra yet.

The whole process was very well managed, although for someone without IT knowledge may struggle to upload photographs and other information.
Always very courteous on the telephone.

When my neighbour burnt down most of my trees/hedge, fences and ruined the garden as a whole. I thought their insurance would have to come up with the repairs and replacement of the damage. But no this wasnt the case, my insurance had to pay for my damage, which didn’t cover a 5th the cost. The worst part was, this insurance company didn’t fight my case they just excepted the small amount they had to pay. And now my premiums have gone up and I’ve spent hundreds sorting the garden out. All through no fault of of my own.

The overall experience and settlement as agreed. Will recommend this company to family and friends.

Initially I had to ask for the insurance policy with Swinton to include a small bush being removed and a kitchen unit being taken out to resolve the leak under my brother's home. This was agreed.
Also Nick was extremely helpful finding paperwork which inadvertently had gone to the wrong address.
Overall they were very good.

Made a claim, all done on line. On trying to complete form on line, could not understand 1 or 2 questions.

On line form had a contact telephone
which was instantly answered and a polite young man helped me to complete the form.

Within a week I received a message to say claim was passed and now would be closed and money paid into my account

We were very pleased with the support from Integra and Claims department everything was handled very professionally and in a timely fashion we had to move out of our house for 6 months whilst our house was renovated and they paid for the rented house for the whole of the 6 months we have no hesitation in recommending them david & chris gould east sussex

Integra passed my claim to SBS to follow through and this couldn’t have been more reassuring. No quibbles, just a yes and off we went.

Just praying my policy isn’t going to increase too much when renewal time comes, as this is my first claim for anything in 20 years!

I thought that I could drive my car with my iphone & spectacles on the roof ! I did travel for over two miles within 20 mph speed limit When I increased my speed I saw through my back window and object flying and a strange noise under the front wheel. I stopped the car &!saw my iphone on the road & the spectacle case - both not damaged but my spectacles were shaddered. Checked on my house insurance and found they werr covered. Consulted with the ins company and I can only commend them for their first class service Nothing was too much trouble for the person who dealt with my claim -,excellent response and sympathetic to my stupid error
