Shambles from the start
Shambles from the start.
Was told they would pay my early exit fee from BT. 4 months down the line BT still chasing their fee. Inspire doesn't seem to want to help, I'm passed around asking for data from BT, etc. It's offered me very little savings compared to the stress it's causing.
Pam - struggling pensioner!!
UPDATE:
After leaving review I was swiftly contacted by Sam, he eventually resolved my issues. And breath!

Trust Inspire to sort things out.
In the five months that I've been contracted to Inspire Telecoms, for T.V. broadband and landline they have always answered the phone within a few rings which is refreshing in this day and age. In addition they have helped me erase a debt my previous supplier said I owed them. Top marks to all concerned as this was a long drawn out process which has been resolved by Inspire.

Fantastic service from Inspire
Liam thank you so much for all your help you have given me with switching my broadband from BT to Inspire, you have gone out of your way to provide me with details of the router you supply compairing it to my current BT router and what the differences are, you have been so helpfull and patient taking into account that i am hard of hearing and aged 79, if i could give you ten stars i would because you have been fantastic, one of the nicest people i have ever spoken to in any customer service situation i have spoken to over recent years, I am looking forward to joining Inspire if this is the service your company give.

The best personal customer focused business
On my contract renewal it was discovered my vulnerable mother had been making several calls to speaking clock, the agent was not only understanding and empathetic she was very personable throughout. Not only did she block the calls and refund the cost but a gesture of a physical speaking clock gift to my mother with dementia blew me away as a great act of kindness. Just when you think companies are out for a quick buck, inspire renewed my faith in a customer focused business, I am now a loyal customer.

Positive response to fault
Our experience has been very positive. When we reported a fault with our landline it was dealt with promptly. The person from Inspire (l think he was called James) was very courteous and helpful. He double checked that the problem was resolved.

Problem solved
My phone call was answered within a few minutes of my making it. The Inspire call handler listened to my problem and promised to give me a call when Openreach had responded. Around two hours later, Inspire phoned to say the problem had been fixed.
