Highly recommend Inspire Telecom.
Our Broadband and phone service went down on Friday 24th January 2025 due to a storm in Northern Ireland. I contacted our phone and internet provider, Inspire Telecom with regards to same, I spoke to Megan who did a line check and got back to me within half an hour, Explained the situation and process, she sent out a Dongle so we had some level of internet coverage in our home, she kept in contact with us every two days to update us on the problem, liaised with Openreach on our behalf and again contacted us to let us know that our service had been restored!
I would highly recommend Inspire Telecom to both private customers and businesses, fantastic company and exceptional customer service by Megan who was friendly, helpful and curtious throughout the process
