The staff is very nice and friendly. The cookies are awesome. The customer service is amazing.

A dozen cookies were ordered. They arrived in a box that would hold two dozen. No packing. All the cookies were broke some to almost crumbs. Not very professional. I did try and contact insomnia on their review page, no luck submitting review

Honestly awful experience. For the cookies themself, they’re delightful (when I could finally get my hands on them).

As for the service, honestly awful. I am more than frustrated at this point with their slow and lack there of response.

I originally ordered for my cookies to never show up. After months of back and forth they finally refunded my money in the form of a voucher. Went to go use my voucher a while after, for it to not work and the full price to come out my account. Cancelled the order, never got the voucher back (which isn’t a voucher, it’s my money?) and never got my money back for the cancelled order either. I’ve emailed so much to not hear anything back and when I phoned up, I was told I’d be forwarded to head office to again not hear anything back. I shouldn’t have to consistently chase you to just get my money back. Please fix your customer service it is genuinley so awful, not your in store staff as they are lovely and amazing people. It’s who ever you got on email customer service or head office level.

Quick delivery and the cookies were delicious. I ordered 7 cookies and they all came warm better than any Millie’s cookie or dessert place⭐️

A promise of warm cookies? Nope! I just received the LAST box of cookies that I’ll ever order from them again. Both times the cookies were not warm. At all. In fact, they took 45 minutes to deliver them, or enough to get cooled down to ambient temperature. I’m dissatisfied with their false advertising of getting them to your door warm. Never again!

Working at this Insomnia Cookies location truly meant a lot to me. I started as a baker and was eventually made a shift supervisor — without any notice or proper training — yet I still gave it my all. Most days, I was left to run the store completely alone for hours. I repeatedly asked management to hire or transfer help to make the store run better, but nothing changed.

I took pride in my work and truly loved what I did. Both customers and managers regularly complimented my baking. Guests would call the store specifically to place orders with me, and even my coworkers and managers would ask me to bake just for them — they said my cookies were their favorite. That meant everything to me.

I built strong connections with guests — many of them came in asking for me by name. That’s what made it even more painful to be let go without warning, a proper conversation, or the chance to speak on my behalf.

I reached out to HR, customer service, and even tried to contact the CEO, Seth Berkowitz, and never received a response. I did everything I could to be heard.

Based on my experience, I do not recommend supporting this location. The staff and managers I worked with were often unprofessional and rude, and the overall work environment was unfair and stressful. Until this company learns to truly value its employees and customers, I suggest taking your business elsewhere. LOCATION: 815 LOMAX STREET JACKSONVILLE FL

Insomnia cookies in Hoboken, New Jersey have truly failed me and disappointed me. I ordered cookies as a gift for a coworker. They said they were delivered. I called the young lady. Tried to fix the problem and have them re-delivered each time they were delivered to a different place, no one could help me and no one seemed to have cared. I will never ever purchase or order anything else from this company, because of the nonchalant attitude The bad tracking and it’s just no one cares whatever happened to good customer service.

It was my first time in the shop in Nottingham and I felt the staff were really helpful. They told me how each cookie belonged to each deal and what size box and cookie I was expecting

So I will say if it were possible to leave a review of this company without a single star I certainly would. I am only leaving 1 star because I cannot leave a review otherwise. Applied to a wanted ad on Indeed.com for a local store. I was contacted by Insomnia and confirmed for a virtual interview. I signed on to the meeting ID 5 minutes ahead of time, waited the entire 30 minute meeting and no one ever showed up. I emailed their HR and the person that set up the interview, zero response. This was for a General Manager position. If they treat future managers this way, what makes anyone think they would care about you beyond the sales you provide? Unprofessional and a waste of time.

Curious how low their Trustpilot reviews are. Honestly I’ve been going to my nearby Insomnia once a month or more for a year now. Each time their cookie quality is 10 out of 10! I stick with the classic flavors like Chocolate Chip or maybe chocolate chocolate chip. Their prices are a little steep but their product is worth it. It’s warm, chewy and full of flavor. Eat it there or at least in the same night. I agree their manager(s) might not be very warm or welcoming. My nearby location has at least 3 managers I’ve encountered and none of them were friendly, barely polite. But I’m not there for their friendliness. I’m there for their delicious cookies.

Beware of Unauthorized Charges and Unhelpful Customer Service

I recently experienced a frustrating situation with Insomnia Cookies involving unauthorized charges. I was hit with three separate charges from their Orlando, FL location, a place I've never even visited. Thankfully, my credit card company successfully reversed the charges.

However, Insomnia Cookies' customer service was incredibly unhelpful. They claimed that neither the call center nor corporate headquarters could investigate the charges without the order numbers from the receipts. This is absurd, as unauthorized charges mean I wouldn't have receipts or order numbers! Their only suggestion was to cancel my card, which would disrupt all my recurring payments. Both the call center operator and supervisor offered no real solutions.

This experience has left me deeply concerned about their security and customer support. I strongly advise against using your debit or credit card at any Insomnia Cookies location to avoid potential unauthorized charges and the headache of dealing with their unresponsive customer service.

My friend. worked at the insomnia Cookies store located in Lawrence Kansas on 23rd street.
The manager there isn't a manager that deserves to be there.she has covered for a employee that stole money from the cash register and didn't do anything.but then she cuts people's hours and comes up with any and every excuse to cut your hours for no reason.tue new district manager is no good either.but what do you expect this store stays dirty and very unsanitary .I wouldn't buy cookies from this store if u paid me to.so to everyone who orders cookies from there stop.this store has had cookie orders delivered but stolen and never replaced.
