Recently purchased a stainless 36x8 kitchen shelf for my home. Upon delivery it had deep and unslightly scratches on the underside. I reported same and was told that the product is designed for commercial kitchens and my reported defects are "normal".. disgraceful quality control from a company that does not back the products it sells. .I will order a new shelf from a more reputable company
I ordered a very difficult to find 12 inch wide prep table for my tiny kitchen. When I got it it had caster wheels which made it a bit taller than I wanted. I wrote an email to the company and they promptly responded with a solution…adjustable feet! It is now perfect in my little kitchen giving me storage and work space between my fridge and range. They were prompt and very helpful!
We have the 6' metal shelf. Excellent quality, fast shipping.
HOWEVER...There was no shipping information, just a receipt that the order was received.
