I have used Inky Little Fingers to print brochures relating to my hobby for more than a year, and recently moved all my professional print work to Inky as well.
I have been impressed not only by the quality of their printing, reliable delivery service and reasonable prices, but also by their exceptional customer service. The team, particularly Mark, are on hand to help with anything that's required.
I remain a very satisfied customer in both my personal and professional lives!

Happy to recommend, use Inky for years.
Never had any issues with any of our orders. They will always contact you asap whenever there are questions or concerns. The website is clear and easy to use and pricing is transparent. I would definitely recommend.

Fantastic every time.
Used these guys now for 4-5 different print projects over the last 4 years. Never had a problem. Good customer service. I've sent an email a few times and always received the help I needed before sending in a project. I cannot fault them after many repeated orders over the years. I continue to use InkyLittleFingers for all my printing projects.

This is the first time that I have used Inky Little fingers to print a short run (100 copies) of a booklet and I can vouch for the excellent workmanship, The help I received prior to printing was also first class. Thank you Mark.
I will make use of their services again.

Awful attitude, does not value customers and cost us more than they quoted
Had a job quoted by this supplier whilst out on the road. Gave the supplier all the details they needed and they came back with a quote. All was agreed and the job went to print. They then contacted me the day the job was due to go out to say the job had been quoted wrong and they wanted an extra £565 also stating that until the extra payment is made the job will not be going anywhere. I explained I had already been quoted but I was told that I should have checked they had quoted the job wrong. I had no choice but to pay the extra as I needed the job urgently for a client but as a design and print agency we cannot pass these extra costs onto our client. Feels like we were held to ransom on this job and on telling them I feel their service is awful and that we wouldn't be using them for any future work they replied with "thank you that's great, Kind regards". In almost 10 years of trading I can honestly say we've never been treated like this by a supplier and they've genuinely lost a lot of yearly work from us moving forwards. Its a shame as the quality is great.
Having read your response I’m very surprised by a few points.
Point number 1. Yes I was “constantly busy on the road” because believe it or not that happens to be my job.
Point number 2. I asked for the same staff member I had originally spoke to regarding the order and asked to pay half on ordering the job and half when the job was finished before delivery as I had been messed around before with other jobs whereby I had paid for jobs in full and received them late. I was 10 minutes from the office when you cancelled delivery and as you saw from the following morning you were paid in full (along with the extra you then added).
We won’t be using you again based on the job last year and I find it strange for you to now suddenly reply after 5 months of the job going wrong. I genuinely wish it had gone smoothly as it would have been an easy job every year.

I am sorry that you feel aggrieved. We have discussed this with you on several occasions and your review here is simply not true.
Here are the actual facts as evidenced by many emails.
You were constantly busy, "on the road" so you couldn't spare the time to fill in the form on our instant on line quotation page. No matter, a staff member did this for you as a courtesy (based on his understanding of your specification) and emailed a detailed quotation to you. This was ahead of any order being placed. The quotation clearly stated hardback books with 276 pages. When you wanted to place the order, again you were too busy to place the order yourself and asked a different staff member to place the order on your behalf. We were happy to help. When the artwork arrived it did not have 276 pages, it had 364 pages. You were NOT told this just before the job was meant to go out. You were told when we received the artwork and you were told the new price. At that point, you could have cancelled the job at no cost to yourself. You chose to accept the new price. We cannot schedule a job to print unless the client has a credit account with us, or has paid for the job. You asked us for a favour when you approved your proof: could you part pay for the job and pay the remainder before the job was despatched? We agreed to this and made it clear that the job would need to be paid for in full before despatch. Despite reminding you on several occasions, on the day that the job was due to be despatched, you still had not paid for it in full. You told us that you were unable to do the bank transfer as you were working away from your office and asked us to send the job without payment. We declined. You finally paid the balance and the job was then promptly shipped.
The job (several hundred hardback books) was perfect (as you acknowledge) and completed in less than a week. Our prices were accurate and adhered to. Our staff were polite and did exactly what they said they would do. We were flexible in our procedures to try and help you.
We make no comment about John Gwynne of Trust Phantom, but cannot leave unchallenged a negative review published on Trustpilot which is clearly and demonstrably false and damaging to the reputation of Inky Little Fingers Ltd.

I have been using them for years for small print runs and I could not recommend Inky enough. The quality is superb (honestly - SUPERB) and - because eveyone is so nice there - any issues are dealt with promptly, politely and with great patience. Communication is outstanding: if you have any questions somebody will be able to asnwer them almost immediately.
The range of producs and papers on offer is wide enough to cover most of my needs.

Great value, small run book printing; brilliant quality
Was a really simple process to get my book printed; speaking to Suzannah and Mark (who run the place) was easy and very helpful, and pricing was good. The end product was perfect (other than a few scuffs on the dust jackets but not the end of the world!). Would highly recommend!

Don't trust the online proofs
I submitted a pdf for print and was sent a link to a proof which I approved. The next day I received a phone call to say that the page numbers on my original were not showing on the print. When I said they were showing on the proof they said " it was an annotation". I asked how to proceed - and they said it hadn't yet gone through the print run and we agreed I would send another pdf which I did within 24 hours.
However - they then told me that they had printed from the original and if I wanted another pdf they would do it at cost price. (so I would be charged twice)
They denied agreeing anything at the first phone call and made no attempt to offer any apology or cost reduction for the missing page numbers, claiming it was all covered in terms and conditions.
The print arrived - the quality was good (Apart from the missing page numbers)
