My review is going to sound like I know someone at Create or they have made it in my interest to be so absolute as to the product, customer service and company ethos, honestly it's simply how good Create make me look! It is also how they have gone out of their way to land my unconventional businesses and ideas. They have backed me all the way from the CEO to Customer Support. Adam has been exceptional always getting back so promptly and as if I deserve a service that nothing is a problem and almost anything can be sorted out with suggestions and it all falls into place. How can a website platform be so inspiring - it's the truth. Apart from the stability, functionality, ease of construction, sharp professional look it's the value for money. Maybe I'm special, I don't think so, I think this is simply what they do for every customer and they are proud with what they offer in a Very cut throat environment. Their continuation is in my interest so to say if you are considering mainstream alternatives you are simply missing a very clear trick without going with Create. Just do the 30 day Trial you will not regret it, you will be hooked for your benefit.

Create's customer service is excellent with prompt and helpful replies to enquiries if you can't find an answer in the help/support section.

Five years later I'm still so happy for making the switch to local company Create.

The software is reviewed and updated. I've found it really easy to use. I can't tell you how refreshing it has been to have control of the content and design of my website. I feel it's really helped the website to represent me. It's affordable, the support team are brilliant.

Firstly the platform is easy to use for a non-technical person like myself. There are lots of helpful guides to use for all aspects of creating a website. If you do need help, the UK-based account manager will get back to you with a plain-English answer fast and help you solve any issues. Finally, it is super-easy to add products and keep the website updated regularly. I have three websites hosted by Create and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This is the only shop that has a great variety of feathers for any purpose. Very convenient to be able to choose single feathers, not bundles, which are of very good quality. Fast response and delivery, everything came intact. Feather jewelry is nice too. Recomend!

I started with Create 7 years ago when I started my business. It’s so easy to use, I’m not the most computer savvy person but I can work with this system easily. All of the support team are friendly and super helpful. I’ve had help from a few including, Ian, Rebecca, Jack and Adam over the years and they’ve always resolved any problems I’ve had quickly. I chose Create as they’re UK based and not far from my home town. It’s important to support UK businesses. I see so many small businesses asking people to support them and then their website is hosted by some huge American company!

I joined Create a month ago. The website builder is fantastic and very intuitive. It's my first time creating a website and I have asked so many questions, but Adam and the rest of the team have been superb and have answered all of my questions. I'm really happy with Create and will be with them for the long Haul. I spent months looking at just about every website builder out there and I am glad that I chose Create.

I have used Create for over 5 years now and more recently my full time job asked me to build them a website. Once you get used to it everything is easy to use with hundreds of different options. Very prompt response to my problem with a website that they provide for me. Spent two hours patiently guiding me through with a series of e-mails. Highly recommended.

Today, many people were praising my abilities to create websites, however many people do not understand it was not me, it was Expand Marketing Agency, and without them such phenomenal websites would not exist.

The options are great for building a website and lots of features. When I got stuck which was a lot I was always supported and helped very quickly. Even offered to join a tutorial with Rebecca which was very informative. Rebecca was amazing like an accountability partner. I am very grateful for all the support and easy access to help from the small team which is nice to have a real human who responds and which you become familiar with.
