Create is excellent - their customer service is second to none. I am an absolute technophobe and I have been amazed by what I have achieved building my website and the team at Create has held my hand right the way through the process. Five stars well earned!

I absolutely love Create!
They have hosted my website since 2007 and I have literally no complaints.
I went with them over a multitude of other potential webhosts, even the free ones because their customer service is second to none. Create is based in the UK so I knew I would get support in a very short time, and I stood a chance as a complete technophobe of being able to explain my issue and get it fixed.
I have my own Account Manager who is fab. I feel I have a personal relationship with him, albeit on a professional basis. He is understanding when I can't do something myself and is very willing to explain in minute detail or just fix it for me.
My site has no shop so I don't pay for that facility unlike many other companies where the package stays regardless of how much you use.
Create also offer a complete host service so when it gets too much for me I can hand it over with total peace of mind.
5 stars isn't enough, Thank you Create. I hope to be hosted by them for another 15+ years :)

I’ve had my website with Create for many years but have only upgraded it in the last 2 years as it’s now my full time job. I cannot recommend them enough - I’m not techie at all so often need help with simple things but the support is amazing & they’re super quick to respond.

I built my website using Create, quite a few years ago now. I always found it quite intuitive to use for a novice and it has quite a few higher end features as well. The results always look good to me. Because I don't update it as often as I should, I do find when I go back to it, things have changed and I have forgotten how to do things, but their help pages cover nearly everything using step by step instructions and their email help is second to none. They will talk you through each step until you achieve your goal, nothing seems too much trouble from my experience.

I find altering information on my website, which Create hosts for me, very easy and the changes are saved straight away. Whenever I have had a question one of the team has got straight back to me with helpful advice.

I highly recommend Create Website Builder. As a complete novice I have found it easy to use, the Create Help Centre support resources very informative and easy to follow. When I have had to have further advice/help Adam my personal support manager has always got back to me very promptly and solved/guided me through any problems.

If I could give Create more than 5 stars I would. I have used various SiteBuilders and Create's platform is second to none. Really great tools, mobile friendly, lots of "blocks" to create your site and very easy to navigate. You really don't need to be tech savvy to create a stunning website with Create. On top of that you are given an Account Manager who you can contact any time with questions. I am fortunate to have Adam as mine and he is beyond fantastic. Without sounding like I have received a brown envelope, he is without doubt the best person I have ever dealt with in any customer service capacity and adds a human side to his interaction. Prices are very good too and the Facebook page is very friendly with other users (including the owners of Create who post regularly) who are there to help and share advice. If you want to create your site, then use Create!
