I have recommended Create.net to so many friends.
Any time I have had a problem, my account manager helps me out quickly, without making me feel an idiot.
The choice of templates are fantastic, with regular improvements when needed.
I started off with just a blog to learn the basics, then I created my shop, and several years later I am still very happy with my website.

I have had two websites through Create for many years and couldn't be more happy. Very easy to build your site and edit it. They are constantly adding new and better features and its a pleasure to be one of the first to test them out through beta. The customer service is outstanding. You get your own personal account manager who resolves your query in super quick time. Their member Facebook page is brilliant too, a lovely community who are there for everyone. You get fantastic useful tips on getting your site more exposure. I would thoroughly recommend Create....give them a try, you won't regret it x

I found it very easy to create my website with this company. I found the tips available and customers service very good.
A very competitive price compared to other brands.

Awful featureless platform. Makes you pay to use klarna. Keeps making very poor upgrades that work properly. Customer service totally lacking. This company thinks it's so good but infact it's platform is piggy backed and is so featureless. It's not value for money at all.

I have used Create for my website for the last 8 years and it’s amazing! I have no clue when it comes to computer stuff and I have found it so easy to build my website and make changes as and when required. The customer support team are fabulous and quick to get back to me with some excellent advice.

I've been with Create for 9 years now with three different websites. I can't really fault them. Prior to settling with them, I tried a few different free trials with other companies but I ended up with Create as they seemed the most user friendly and intuitive to use. I've been using Create for around 7 months now. The website builder is quite straightforward to use and complemented by a help guide, but when I've needed more input I've found support staff to be friendly, accessible, helpful and constructive. It's great that there's a named person to turn to when support's needed, and that in their absence someone else will respond instead. I've even had replies over the weekend! As with any software there are things that can't be done, but they are minimal, and overall Create has given me a reliable and affordable opportunity to build my website from scratch, for which I'm grateful. Thank you.

I have been using create for my website for around 7 years possibly longer! Its a fantastic site, very easy to use and has everything i need to run my business. Create are always following the times and updating and change this to follow new tech that's always being created. Any time i require help my business manager is always very prompt and helpful. Create are brilliant! Having had no experience with managing a website before I took this on with some trepidation. Create's customer support is absolutely fantastic! They are patient, prompt and professional in their responses to my queries. They communicate clearly on how to address any issues that arise and send links to helpful videos demonstrating what to do when that is appropriate. No question is too simple! I have learned so much in the last few months and my confidence in managing the website has grown hugely through the support Create have given me.
