We use Inky Little Fingers for several booklets every year. The customer service is outstanding - extremely helpful and responsive - they always go beyond to get them to us with a short turnaround. It is especially reassuring with our Leavers' Yearbooks which are always ready at the last minute and have been perfectly produced and delivered quickly every time.

I have used Inky Little Fingers to print leavers books for my class for the last five years. I could not recommend this company any more. The communication with the team is bar none. I remember in my first year when I was clueless, I called the team several times, who was able to check my order whilst on the phone - so helpful but reassuring (as it was coming from my bank account at the time!). Not only is the printing time quick, but delivery time was also very quick - exactly as they advertise. Each year, I order with no problems at all. This year, being a very busy year 6 teacher, I found myself very pushed for time, therefore unable to finish the book until Wednesday. With only a few days left of term, 'Mark' from Inky Little Fingers, called me to let me know the order was received and to check when the end of term was. He also called me as the proofing team were reviewing the document to ensure the book was in the correct order (I had sent three PDFs). Within 36 hours of that call, I had received a text message from parcel force to say that it was due to be delivered today (within 48 hours of the approval!!). I am so impressed with this and so grateful that I was able to give my class their leaver's book before the end of term.

This is the second time in two years that I have used Inky Little Fingers to print copies of my book. I had an inital 100 copies printed which have been sent around the world and I have recently had a second run of 30 additional copies. The process of uploading online files and illustrations is so very straight forward and the quality of the finished product is extremely professional.The staff in the office/help desk are very helpful indeed and there is nothing that is too much trouble for them to answer - especially if you of the older generation as I am who is not used to working in this way. They keep to their advised delivery dates and, as if by magic, the second batch of my book arrived within a week safely and well-packaged for its delivery. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. My next book will be sent to them for printing in the months ahead. Thank you for such a splendid experience second time around.

The service at Inky Little Fingers is exceptional. The printing quality is superb, but what truly impressed me was their outstanding customer service. They respond quickly via email and are very helpful over the phone. Their problem-solving abilities are top-notch. I received my products incredibly fast and at a great price. Excellent! As a newbie to self-publishing, the team at Inky Little Fingers were very helpful with prompt and professional advice. The response from the helpdesk was always quick and efficient and I was very pleased with the finished product: ten copies of an A4 hardback family history book about half text and half photos and diagrams. The Inky Little Fingers website is also really good, full of information and useful links to videos about how to prepare your book for printing. My advice for anyone new to self-publishing is to read all the information on the website carefully (and more than once) as it can all seem a bit daunting at first. I was also very pleased with the quality of the finished book, reasonable price, and quick delivery as standard. I would definitely use Inky Little Fingers again for future self-publishing projects.

Have ordered many booklets to be printed with them and one of the things that stands out is their customer service. They’re always quick to reply to email and always answer the phone.

I have used Ink Little Fingers a number of times for limited print runs of books. The whole process is very simple and easy to use. It is also excellent value for the work produced. The staff are always very helpful in terms of getting things right and reliable in terms of print production deadlines. I would highly recommend this company if you want good quality work at a fair price.

Inky are a great company to work with - brilliant printing with lovely colour rep, great quality papers and fab customer service. They got my first order out to a tight deadline and I've just placed a re-order. Will be back to them for my second book.

My husband has used Inky Little Fingers for quite a few printing jobs over the last couple of years and we cannot fault them for their helpfulness, professionalism, and quality of printing. I was producing our Inner Wheel Christmas newsletter and my husband advised having the 20 pages printed by Inky. They were brilliant helping and advising me. I didn't have a clue about 'bleeds' etc. but with their guidance, I am excited to be taking my beautiful, full colour newsletters to our Christmas meeting on Wednesday. I wasted a great deal of time with several printers over the years, and then it happened. I found this dream of a printing company, 'Inky Little Fingers'. By the end of November 2023, they will have completed the printing of eight of my books, and their work will be shown in the creations they produce. Their printing process, attention to detail, and approach to servicing their client accounts are superb. Keep up the good work people, and you will get all of my printing orders in the future. A very easy to use website with lots of relevant information and some excellent video guides to make the path from idea to print as easy as can be. The paper samples provided were brilliant, just typical of this outfits overall service. Very patient and helpful guys on the support desk. I was rushed, I was late for printing for my coaching course and Suzannah at Inky was patient with me and talked me through the alternatives of what I could have and the quickest way to get the manuals. They arrived in time for the course - phew and they look great, lovely quality. Such great service.

I have used this company sporadically over many years and always found them to be incredibly good value for money. True, you need to know how to prepare pdfs that are ready for printing (although you can pay somebody else to do this for you), but then they quickly and professionally offer a range of print options that really work. They engage in human interaction (not just a system) if you're worried about something. Their costs are low enough to order a couple of 'proof' copies in advance, if it's books or pamphlets you're producing. And in the detailed instructions on the website, there is a delightful sense of humour. The quality of finishing is fab. Creating a successful publication is not simple. But InkyLittleFingers offers a first-class service that almost makes it look that way.

I bought 100 hardback books from this company. During the process I tried asking questions which made it pretty clear I was new to the process. The person I spoke to wasn't forthcoming and it was like getting blood from a stone. I sent my proof copy and it was approved.

When the books arrived the text was all disappearing into the spine. I contacted them and the blame was put squarely on me. Apparently they don't take any part in making sure things will print correctly. This is really not helpful considering all book printers will have different methods and that they are dealing with small runs, probably from inexperienced people. They were also late with some of the books being ready so luckily there were 34 that could be redone. I paid cost price to do this as only the original covers could be used. Those 34 books were delivered and were printed nicely.

Out of 100 books altogether, 18 had damage. I reported this and was questioned as if I might be lying. They replaced those 18 and only 4 of them arrived without damage to the spine. I haven't even attempted to do anything about this as it seems this is probably standard practice.

I would therefore discourage anyone from dealing with this company as it seems things have a great potential to go wrong and when they do the blame will be on the customer. I am sure that is exactly what their reply will amount to!

So happy I found a company that actually delivers on every promise, from start to finish. I've used Inky Fingers for printing my own artwork in a softcover book format, and the whole process was pretty much straightforward, thanks to their detailed manuals. Personal communication is also easy, they respond quickly either over the phone or via email. Star quality service!

After looking around at different companies online we were pleased to find Inky Little Fingers had an option to print on recycled paper, which was important to us, as well as reasonable prices. We have had two books printed and have been very happy both times with quality, communication, helpfulness, reliability and prompt delivery. The website is easy to use and everything has been made simple to understand for beginners. I was glad of the tutorial video on how to make the cover spreads too. Our books look great! Thank you :)
