Second year with company
This is the second year with the company. I have found their agents to be helpful but having no claims haven't had contact throughout the year so can comment on their claim handling. Somewhat perturbed at being charged £40 just to renew which seemed unnecessary to me.However being a broker and not direct insurance company they have to make a charge I guess! Recently the guy and girl I spoke to could not have been more helpful over renewal so good for them.

Easy to complete and pay for insurance and great price. My renewal from my previous advisor was much more expensive amd I've got same cover with IGO4 for much cheaper. Documents emailed as soon as completed application
