UX of website needs to be improved
I used confused.com to get insurance quotes. However, once I tried to proceed with the quote on your site, there was a list of optional extras: breakdown, windscreen, courtesy car, etc. However, as I already requested a courtesy car and legal, it was unclear as to why I was being asked to add an optional extra that I thought was already included in the quote. I also assumed that with a company name of iGo4 Electric taht you specialised in insuring Electric cars, so I was surprised that the breakdown service was so generic and not what I felt suitable for Electric cars.

Renewal was for my old car sold over 2 years ago , also registered at my old address, I left 3 years ago, not impressed, went with n other company at a cheaper quote , nearly half the price.
