Long time on hold
Tried to buy a policy - website wouldn't take payment but seemed to suggest finance option instead each time it didn't work? After trying several times I decided to call them to find an alternative payment option but after 30+ minutes on hold I managed to buy another policy somewhere else while waiting. Being difficult to contact when I'm trying to give them money doesn't bode well in my mind if I needed to contact them for something more serious.
