Excellent communication throughout. I had issues with the units compatibility with my car. The unit was exchanged and is now working fine. Icebox Auto are highly recommended.

Ein super Gerät, sowohl Qualitativ, auch System mäßig. Alles super, insbesondere ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Verkäufer. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen. Lg aus Deutschland

I had a sat nav installed by Icebox a few years ago. The service and value were excellent but the aftersales service has been amazing. Even when my unit developed a fault after the warranty had expired they went above and beyond to help me. Can’t praise them enough.

First class, excellent customer service. Dealt with Rob whilst purchasing my Android headunit and considering the current climate (Covid 19), they handled my enquiries professionally........they're aftersales care was second to none.
Definite 5 star service........

The guys at Iceboxauto are great, they answered all my questions and were so knowledgeable, they were very friendly and the item was a perfect fit. Really pleased with the product and service I received, I would recommend to anyone.

After buying a unit from these guys a few years ago, they have now moved buildings and expanded, from where I purchased and they installed my new stereo on site.

Efficient, from order to delivery was under one week. I had it installed the week later. Everything is in excellent working order, speakers wired up perfectly.

The guys there are polite and professional, after care is next to none. They make changing a stereo in your car dead easy! Would definitely recommend.

I bought an Android head unit for my car from these guys. Having no previous experience I set about fitting it myself (how hard could it be!). I called them several times during the installation, each time they made the time to listen and advise what was going wrong and how to resolve it.

This is a first class company with excellent after sales service. I will be recommending them and using them again.

Ordered an android unit with dab,and apple car play. I was very pleased with the communication from them and tracking of shipping. When the unit arrived and I needed assistance they were just at the end of the phone and happy to assist. I will be ordering from them again 👍🏾
