Purchased the iPhone 14 Pro and at the counter was told that the phone doesn’t come with a cable or a plug, so I purchased them too. When I opened the phone, there was a cable inside the box just no plug. I later brought the cable back to the shop and asked for a refund. I was told that I was 1 day passed the refund policy date. I asked if I could do an exchange seen as the only reason I bought the cable was because I was misled into buying it from a member of staff . I was told by the manager in Henry Street that she cannot change the refund policy. So basically it’s okay for the staff to provide you with wrong information so they can get an extra sale out of you !

I bought an iPhone 11 for 929 euro on Wednesday. I returned it 24 hours later and was charged 92 euro “ restocking fee”.
I was stonewalled by the manager when I queried this policy .
Nothing on the receipt to indicate this policy . It should be illegal. Do not shop here

I bought the new AirPods Pro 2 in this shop. I couldn’t charge in the QI charger and the AirPod was disconnecting all the time. I went to the shop and the service it was closed at 17:40 and I should’ve to come back at next day. I asked to make a complaint to one of the retail staff and she in 2 minutes reset my AirPod pro started charging in the QI and stop disconnecting.
I went again because the case was discharged faster than should. I let my AirPod Pro there to be tested. They called me a day after saying wasn’t any problem and I could go to the shop to collect it. I saw my AirPod Pro inside a drawer with many keys no protection, without a simple plastic bag. I bought my AirPod case before buying the AirPod because I hate any scratches and now my AirPod came back after 15 days of purchase with lots of small scratches that weren’t there before.

Bought a Apple watch as 18th bday present in Newbridge store returned it 2 days later and had to pay 10% restock fee so €30 , didn’t say on the receipt but there is a small sign beside the till , am disgusted and will never buy from there again , it’s not like it was something ordered in for me especially.
How can apple allow one of there distributors charge this!!

We stopped into the Henry Street location a few days ago. I tried several times to call this location, but they never answer the phone. We took 2 trains to get to this location, I’ve had knee surgery and still need a cane. Anyway, the two guys at the entrance were more concerned with their conversation. When I asked about the Apple AirTag they said they were out and everyone was. Then went about their talking. We are in Dublin for the summer from the US and are interested in purchasing a few. These guys didn’t care or didn’t care to suggest options other than order from Apple and it takes 2 weeks. I would never refer anyone to Iconnect for Apple products. This place is a joke!

Very bad service and rude staff in Cork office. Had appointment booked for 1.30pm. When arrived was told to go away because he is on lunch break and there was a system glitch with booking. Drove on the heat for 40miles to hear that. No apologies, nothing from their side.

They returned my Mac book saying it was repaired and charged me. When I got it home it would not even switch on. No come back, they are ignoring my emails!! DO NOT GET YOUR APPLE EQUIPMENT REPAIRED THERE!

I agree with all the other reviews, this was the worst experience I have had in a tech shop ever. I felt that because I was an older costumer they treated me like someone who has no idea what i was looking for. I left the shop swearing that I would never again buy an apple product. I wanted to buy airpods for a gift for an18th birthday. My experience was as follows, I couldn't get a gift receipt, if needed, they had to be returned in my presence so that the money could be put onto my card. This had to be done within 5 days or could be exchanged within 14 days. I could not buy insurance as this would not be transfered to another product if my friend decided to exchange. So the day after I decided all these negatives were to much to risk so I went back and returned the airpods, to discover they took 10% for restocking. Absolutely appalling costumer service in 2022

Rude staff, no product knowledge.
Overheard young staff member talking to the older one about how she was disgusted she was being brought in for disciplinary action for her attitude… I understand why. She snapped at me when I was producing my student ID, and kept shouting at me across the shop when she wanted my attention instead of coming up to me like a normal person.
No one is desperate enough for staff to afford having her level of rudeness towards customers on the shop floor.
Only for it’s Apple I’d have walked out.

Very disappointed with the customer care today in iconnect in the whitewater shopping Centre. I’ve sent an email outlining the manner of the staff through the “contact us” on their website. I feel that strongly
Unfortunately the staff did not have good product knowledge of their accessories and their customer services needs improving. It’s not appropriate to speak or treat people in this manner.
I asked the manager for a refund on an accessory, as I found a more suitable one in another shop, she was noticeable upset, said there was a 10% restocking fee. I said it’s not on the receipt. I had also been in store within 10 mins before to purchase the accessory. The manger said it’s not on the receipt but it is on the sign, which it is, but the sign is not noticeable. Very small print and was not pointed out at point of sale. She did give me a refund less the 10% and she was abrupt and rude and dismissive.
For a company representing Apple as an Apple reseller. There customer services and etiquette leaves a lot to be desired.

It’s hard to believe that a giant like Apple accepts such a poor standard of customer care. No communication. No come back No iPad for 4 weeks and counting. Apple care+ is the insurance product I purchased. Unfortunately it hasn’t delivered. Guaranteed a call back by the area manager of Liffey Valley within 15 minutes. That was 40 mins ago. This was after numerous emails and 7 store visits. I still don’t know where I stand

I couldn’t communicate with them via phone despite several attempts in order to clarify queries in advance of the service repair reservation appointment. When I arrived at the store, they were unable to service my device as they didn’t have the part in stock. The person on duty at the time wasn’t that helpful and didn’t really care.

Would give zero if I could. Disgraceful customer service. Tried to return a gift to buy a more expensive phone but was refused due to being a few days over the 2 week policy which is not written on the receipt. I missed the deadline because I was self isolating, staff didn't care and were so u helpful. I also know they lied to encourage the person who bought the gift to make her think she was buying a good model. Very upsetting to be stuck with a phone I don't want.

I have bought an item USB-C Multiport as per recommendation of salesman (curly blonde hair) as per my inquiry that I need a connector to play a video thru my karaoke since my connector was RCA and HDMI and ask him couple of times if this will work and insisting it will work even asking a lot of times, I even told him can I bring it back if this will not work and told me it will work so immediately bought the product €59.99. eventually did not work so I bought it back for refund said there's no refund on item when clearly on their receipt has no policy of refund item even thought the recommendation given by this sales person advise was wrong, and at the expense of my money their approach to customer service was far more worst and have not even a manager step in to give assistance I will not buy in this store on city centre their very unfriendly and not listening properly this store need to train their staff.

The worst experience you can ever get. Apple booked appointment for me today at 12. PM. to check the screen issue on my new Macbook. The worker looked at the screen and withing 3 seconds said it is a damaged screen, you need to pay the repair, 700 euros. I challenged him and told him on what basis he is saying this he changed his position and said he is not a technician , he is only a sales person. i told hin that apple has booked this appointment and atleast he should show this to a technical person. When I insisted he held the computer in his hand opened a door beside counter and while standing in the door spoke to someone and came back to me with the same verdict. At that stage i insisted that i want to see the technician myself. He then told me technician was busy and refused even i repeated requests. at that stage i contacted apple while in their shop and i was advised to go to another shop like harvy norman or pc world. To my surprise when i went to another service shop my computer was taken in for repair under warranty. i am so angry with this shop. Honestly i think people trust these guys too much and they have their hands in our pockets

I spilled tea by accident onto the keyboard of my brand new Apple Mac Book Air. I was anxious and concerned that there might be a lot of damage that would be expensive to repair.
I brought the new laptop into the repair counter of iConnect on Henry Street, Dublin 1 (an authorised Apple repair centre) and requested an assessment of my machine.
I was greeted professionally and courteously and my computer was booked in for a specialist assessment.
I received my machine back within 48 hours - the person who returned it to me at the desk in the shop explained that he had done the assessment himself. I was very relieved to hear that there had been no damage following a thorough, systematic check.
In addition, he had removed a small amount of dried liquid with a special wipe to prevent any future corrosion from the liquid.
I was very pleased with the friendly, courteous and professional service offered by the team at iConnect, Henry St, and the kind demeanour of the staff helped a lot when I was anxious about my machine.
The cost of the assessment was also very reasonable.

Hi, I had an issue regarding my iphone camera and reached to iconnect long back around 3weeks but no one is responding to my mails and calls as well. Finally I reached to Iconnect but they said there is no response from the apple now I am very much confused with my situation either Iconnect nor apple supports me. This is very disgusting but no one is responding.
