Absolutely trash company a turtle could deliver good quicker than these guys. My item is still sitting at the depot it arrived on the 13/12/25 it’s now the 18/12/25 and still hasn’t arrived I ordered it on the 2/12/25 have reached out to them with no reply so has the company who I bought it from I’d not recommend this company at all to send anything through and there communication skills are trash also.

I would give zero stars if I could. I don’t know how this company can call themselves a logistics company when they cannot even deliver and meet quoted expectation timelines. My order is more than weeks late and every customer service agent tells you to call back the following day, essentially having you deal with someone else.

The worst service! DO no use them

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this delivery service. The delivery team acted unprofessionally — they collected multiple mobile numbers and personal details but failed to use them for the very purpose of contacting me when the delivery arrived. I did not receive any call, and the team simply dumped the product at the entrance of my building in an unsafe manner, creating a hazard for others and budling.

When I called customer care to report this unprofessional behaviour, they were unwilling to listen or provide any support. Based on this experience, I would never recommend this service.

Customers should also be cautious about sellers like Fantastic Furniture who rely on this vendor for delivering heavy items. Your purchases could be misplaced or left in unsafe areas without your knowledge. When I contacted Fantastic Furniture to raise this concern, they dismissed it as the vendor’s issue and did not take any responsibility.

Given these issues, I strongly recommend avoiding online delivery services from this vendor and any sellers, such as Fantastic Furniture, who choose to use them.

As you can see, they dont have the worst reviews for nothing, the company is a joke, the left hand is talking to the foot whilst the head is searching for a bag of open Doritos chips ..pathetic company

Dreadful. Wouldn’t deliver to my home address due to “roadworks”. Unless you’re delivering my packages in a b-double or some sort of road train then that excuse tells me you should employ another more confident driver. I changed the delivery address and was assured of delivery on or before today and that didn’t happen! Ring, tell them I’ll pick up my packages because I need them by tomorrow, “oh we can’t do that because the depot needs to know so they can get them ready and we can’t call the deport after 1pm”. Oh my god. Absolute crap. Have recommended the company I purchased from switch provider for courier ASAP.

Hunter Express is an absolute disgrace. I have no idea how they get the contracts to deliver a company like Amazon or anyone else. The website is atrocious. It doesn’t load. Then they’ve told me that the package was delivered and I was home all day and nothing has been delivered. No one takes responsibility for the atrocious service or follow up. Appalling

I got what I ordered on the first of four predicted days, so they've got quick service. However my instruction for where to deliver was 'Go down the hill to the cottage, leave undercover in shed or garage'. (There are two houses attached to my address, a large queenslander and a cottage.)
They did the exact opposite of that and left it right out in the open on the queenslander's lawn. The weather right now is unpredictable here, random showers and storms. I wanted it out of the weather so that didn't have to matter.
Today was a dry, cool day so the chance of rain was low; but the weather seems to enjoy jinxing me, so you never really know.

Delivered on time. (The earliest suggested time) I was given live tracking updates by email and on their website.
Parcel was not damaged. Excellent delivery service from Melbourne to Far South Coast Eurobodalla area.

My parcel was sent to the wrong address, and when I called 132252 for help, the staff member was completely unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional. She even said “OMG” and said stop talking then hung up on me. The behaviour felt rude and discriminatory — an absolutely unacceptable experience.

Hunter Express delivered to me twice. The first experience was not great but okay and the second experience was appalling. Their communication both times was dreadful. The second delivery guy was just awful. I asked him to put the items inside the gate. He yelled at me to stop wasting his time. He was extremely rude. Both times the deliveries did not arrive anywhere near the time given. Communication and timing of delivery needs to improve hugely. .

Driver delivered parcels to the door on time, just great. Our rural property entry gate is often difficult to find by couriers but this driver not only found it but also closed it as he left. Well done, a pleasant change.

Poor service and poor customer support. Package has been sitting with them for 6 days ave hasn't moved. Some to customer service and get details and delivery are different to the online tracking. Customer service representative was downright rude.

If I could give a minus star review I would! At least one thing they consistent with their bad service and communications - my parcel has been sitting on the depot floor for a week; I have sent 2 requests for when it is actually going to be delivered - nothing. As others have stated if the company you are purchasing uses Hunter Express purchase elsewhere

Well pool arrived in newcastle depot on the 8th and its the 14th and still no sign of it been waiting a week for it, delivery service is sooooo slow i rang them but there a little short with you, and still no clearer on when or whats happening.

I sent two packages from WA to NSW.
Hunter Express promptly lost the packages & were not very helpful in the process to actually find these items.
After two weeks of investigation they deemed the packages lost.
$1,400.00 of product gone.
So either they are grossly incompetent or Hunter employs a thief.

Terrible service. Items were scheduled for the 6th of October. They decided to show up 4 days early while I was away on holiday, without any notice (I received an email when they were 1 hour out). Of course nobody could accept the goods. So now they've gone into a black hole. Goods constantly showing on the tracking app as in process in facility. All I get when I call them is some rude lady telling me that they will arrive when they arrive and there's nothing they can do. Apparently ' no Courier service is able to guarantee their delivery dates'. $10k of Goods are now late. And looking at the plethora of 1 star reviews I'm concerned that they will arrive at all or arrive intact.

I received an item from a supplier that was damaged in transit. I contacted Hunter Express via email and they didn't even have the decency to reply.
I would never use this company and from now on any items I buy online I will stipulate to the supplier not to send it on Hunter Express.
