Almost 2 weeks and still waiting. they delivered 1 of 2 packages. tracking has not updated in almost 2 weeks

No communication re delivery date
Dump and run on front verandah without notice despite front door being open and a door bell nearby. Just by chance checked when I heard a truck drive off.
Little or no effort to advise delivery
Not surprised to read their poor rating.

Such bad service. Deliverly guy turns up, on his phone the whole time and didnt even acknowledge me or ring the door bell. The box clearly says 1 of 2, he only delivers 1 box... chase up is ridiculous, 3 calls to get a tracking number then told its to be delivered today, nope not here. No one knows whats happening, no communication at all from depot to customer service. How they still are in operation I will never know

I am absolutely disgusted with the service provided by Hunter Express. My item was urgent medical equipment required for a disabled person, making the delivery highly time-sensitive. Despite this, the package was repeatedly delayed, sent back and forth, and dealing with their customer service was an absolute nightmare.
I spoke with a representative named Angie, who was completely rude, abusive and unhelpful, showed zero empathy for the situation, and actively refused to resolve the delivery issue. Angies exact words: "I will not put one package on a truck to send to you and your disabled person can wait weeks if that's what it takes." It was only after I was forced to threaten formal legal and regulatory action that they finally took the matter seriously and decided to deliver the essential equipment the very next day. Customers should never have to resort to legal threats just to receive critical medical supplies. This company showed a complete lack of care and professional ethics. Avoid them at all costs. And a message to you Angie! You need to LEAVE your customer service roll promptly. You are absolutely disgraceful at it and shouldn't be putting anyone through the bull you pull 🤬

How this business is still running is baffling. All levels of management have their LinkedIn profiles hidden, now I know why. False delivery emails being sent over the past two weeks, I also took time off work for these deliveries which in beyond frustrating. Rude customer service staff who just hang up. Then the kicker, after spending $650 for a bulky interstate delivery, I then receive an email asking for another $100 if I want my own goods!!!! After my supplier Freedom Furniture got involved, I no longer need to pay that. Received an email at 2.19pm today that my driver is an hour away, I rushed home. I’m sitting here at 6.36pm with no delivery. Upper Management obviously don’t know how to run a logistics company, and the riff raff on the floor couldn’t care less.

They smashed my delivery into three pieces then blamed insufficient packaging. I would not use this company.

My Experience was very good. My package arrived just when the indication said I was next.

Absolute dog crap of a shipping company. My item was lost in transit and they didn't even bother to tell me. Had to contact the company I bought the product from to find out. Hope these guys go out of business the other reviews i’ve seen are atrocious.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Hunter Express.

A 46kg furniture package was left unattended at the top of a flight of stairs, resting against the apartment building intercom. The location it was left in made it impossible for me to safely move the package myself, particularly given the weight and awkward position of the box.

I contacted Hunter Express customer service to explain the situation and asked whether the driver could return to assist with moving the delivery to a safe and accessible location. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, the customer service I received was incredibly poor. The staff I spoke to were rude and dismissive, told me that I should go door knocking to find someone to help me, and repeatedly told me that they had done nothing wrong and that I should contact the seller for assistance.

Ultimately, I had to pay $120 out of my own pocket to have someone come and safely move the furniture for me — an additional expense that I would not have incurred had the delivery been handled appropriately in the first place.

I understand that delivery drivers have procedures and limitations, but leaving a 46kg package unattended in a location where the recipient cannot safely access or move it, and then refusing to provide any meaningful assistance when contacted, is extremely disappointing.

The delivery itself was one issue, but the attitude and lack of willingness to help from customer service was what made this experience particularly frustrating. I would expect much better communication, professionalism and customer care from a company handling large and heavy furniture deliveries.

I wish I can give zero star as my order didn’t even arrived! My order was delivered at the wrong location and they also refuse to do something about it.

ON friday 11th sept I did my own research found on Paypal that it was hunter express
I rang them
they unsure of when it would be delivered now....
today 14/9/2026 at 4pm I rang as still no update on it being sent from Albury....
They said it be back to sydney then it will go to bathurst.
when will it arrive unsure was the answer.... maybe wednesday 16 or later
WTF

Item was sitting in their warehouse for one week before they delivered it. When they came they just dumped it in the reception area which was not secure, not even trying to see if we were home first. Not an impressive service.

Ordered a package from Little Lifely second toddler bed we've bought from them. The first time Hunter Express sent it back and we waited weeks for it to be delivered, and when tracking watched it go back to Victoria before being sent back to NSW. The second time the driver dropped off two boxes. I was in the driveway and told him there were meant to be three. He said one was still at the depot, then changed his mind and said it had been returned as damaged. He then documented delivering three boxes so now I am in dispute with the company. Thankful he took a photo of the boxes as proof of delivery as you can clearly see there are only two boxes. Only gave one star as negative stars aren't an option. If you look at my other Google reviews they are all positive. If you are buying something and the courier is Hunter Express do not buy it. Look at the negative reviews online and believe them. In this age of online shopping and fast delivery I cannot believe Hunter Express (lol at the express) are still in business.

Im still waiting on my parcel to be delivered. I was number 2 over 2 hours ago. Since then it has completely drove PASS my address and carried on up north AWAY from my house. It was literally 2 minutes away from me when it completely drove pass.
I made sure when I saw it was near my drop of turn that I got home in plenty of time. You only get one star as it will not let you write a complaint with out putting one in.
Not a happy customer at all.

Transported a fridge with the top pointing down 45%. Right over not even on its side. Driver didn't speak English and didn't understand when I said I don't accept it. Hope it works

Extremely bad unhelpful customer service service by delivery driver
Asked him to take goods through to back sliding door with better access to an area cleared out to accept delivery he refused even though I explained that front access was limited by packing boxes
He insisted on front entrance or verandah for 7 boxes 4 of which were large
On relunctaly agreeing some boxes were pushed through front door and I was left moving them to make more room for the others
The last 2 large heavier boxes were only partially put through the front door which made it so I could not close the door and I couldn’t access the parcels to move them in
It was only when I refused to accept delivery that he
pushed the parcels in
I have never come across this poor service before
And will never use a company that uses them again

Unhelpful customer service
Drivers don’t have a knowledge driving in the City, drivers lying that the was no parking spot,
I will stay away from them for any delivery

good luck dealing with this company if your not in a hurry to get your parcel this is the people to use my parcel has been in their depot for 3 days and they told me it will be delievered in the next 5 days thats 7 days from the time it arrived to their depot not good business

Don’t even deserve one star. MFs left my packages outside against my fence facing two roads, forged my signature and drove off. Boxes left in clear sight of road and in the wet grass.

We ordered 2 large flat packs that shipped out on the 15th of July that just sat in the depot since the 21st of July and then finally got delivered on the 31st of July (today as of writing). They just left them out on our nature strip in the mud from the wet weather against the mailbox right where people could easily see them and steal them if we weren’t home, or if i had decided to take a shower earlier than I did and my mum decided to put her earbuds in cancelling out all noise. My mum also has a diagnosed disability where she shouldn’t be lifting really big packages (or anything really heavy) long distances due to her heart rate increasing and causing chest pain and almost fainting. If I was in the shower, she wouldn’t have been able to carry the packages by herself due to said disability. The courier also signed a fake signature that my mum never signed herself. The packages also wreak of cigarettes. Won’t be ordering from the company that uses this courier again.
