What an amazing company!

The choice of plants on House of Kojo's website is great. My order came really quickly and the plants were super healthy. The winter pack is well worth it and the heat pack was still going when my plants arrived. They offer lots of support and advice too. Buy with confidence!

The best place for plant lovers

I bought plants from House of Kojo before, during the pandemic and liked the way it was delivered. So when the time came to gift my sister something special for her birthday I didn't hesitate. And the costumer service was impeccable in helping me with a query.
The plants are well packed, safe, with sustainable packaging and come beautifully to your door!

Beautiful, healthy and more than expected.

Absolutely love this product! I am on my 4th or 5th large bag already, all my tropical plants love it.

3 days I waited without update then…

3 days I waited without update then when I chased my order i was told the one left was in bad condition so effectively they were sold out… bitterly disappointing as it’s a plant Iv wanted for a long time.

Hi Andy,

We are known for the quality of our plants and have a very strict quality control process. We have a nursery of 12,000+ plants and so on the very odd occasion a problem with a plant can go unnoticed until it hits the picking/QC stage for shipment. We are not willing to ship plants that do not meet our high standards and this one unfortunately fell well short. I appreciate this is very disappointing, please accept my sincere apologies for this.

We are doing all we can to source more of this Hoya as it is one that a lot of people are requesting but the stock we had was a special offer from a small nursery and they do not have more available at this time. Hopefully you will not have to wait too long.

If there is anything I can do to account for this, please don't hesitate to reach out to me personally at otto@houseofkojo.com. I am one of the owners here and would love the opportunity to make up for the disappointment caused.

Great quality plants

Great quality plants, at a great price, very carefully packaged.
I bought a rescue box and the plants were almost perfect, a slight rip on a leaf,a plant a bit thin in one section.i have paid full price for smaller plants in worse condition at garden centres.
Highly recommend buying from here.

Stunning plants

Received my first ever order from house of kojo today and honestly I probably won’t bother buying plants from anywhere else again. The plants were EXACTLY as pictured. With other companies I’ve ordered from the pretty pictures on the website isn’t at all what you actually receive in the post. The plants are perfectly healthy and beautiful. I’ve repotted them as I always do with new plants, and the roots are all in perfect condition. I’ve had plants delivered from other companies with roots either saturated or completely bone dry. The care that was taken in wrapping the plants and preparing them for transportation is above and beyond. Absolutely wonderful experience, thank you.
