House of Kojo Omdömen 

I have ordered plants online from other retailers and decided to try House of Kojo, I would like to say I am SO impressed, the plant and pot were packaged so well. Better than any other site I have used. I could tell real care had gone into packing my order. Also the plant itself is in great condition and really healthy, I will definitely be using you again for future plant orders. Thanks you!

The delivery was good. The plant is healthy, but was much smaller than the photo I saw. The special compost I’ve paid for hasn’t arrived. Apparently it was out of stock when I ordered it.. but no one told me?
I’m still waiting. But got an email today to show me how to re pot my plant!..?

I ran into some delivery issues so I contacted customer service via email and they replied back very quickly and provided some flexible options to sort out the issue.
They were very understanding after a few days later, I finally got the package delivered safely.

Fantastic service and well packaged plants…….. they are clearly taken care of and looked after!

Fantastic company, the plants arrived looking very healthy, and great care was taken to keep them warm during the frosty weather. I just love the attention and care they took, I've have ordered many plants online from different places but this is the first time they were wrapped up so well and even had their own little heating pack! 10 out of 10

The friendly, honest advice that I got when I enquired about whether or not I needed a plant protection pack with my collection order, also was very accommodating for me to collect my order just outside of collection hours.

Needed to change address on my order, I got a response within an hour. Dispatched within a day, cannot wait for my plants!

First ever order from HoK. Initially received the wrong plant and Jess in customer service organised the correct plant to be sent out and the incorrect one to be collected. I decided I wanted to keep the incorrect plant too so asked for an invoice for it and she sent me the invoice at 50% to reflect the original mistake plus free winter protection and next day delivery. Excellent response times and very friendly, would highly recommend and has definitely convinced me to be a repeat customer!

Ordered 4 plants. All arrived quickly and in great condition due to careful packing. Will be back to buy more :)

There was confusion around who was delivering the packages. First was told UPS and then the tracker kept saying they don't have my order yet. Turns out parcel force delivered it instead but to my neighbours outdoor bins and I had no way of knowing as there was no tracker and nothing to say where they had been left resulting in damage to one of the plants as who knows how long they were out there for?? Otherwise I think they will recover but feel somehow this could have been avoided.

My baby plants turned up this morning. They were individually wrapped so carefully that none of the soil escaped from the pots . Healthy and happy plants . Happy me. Many thanks .

Seller helpfully suggested a winter pack for my recent plant purchase, as the temperature si still cold. I am grateful for that.
