You first contacted our Support Centre on 10th August asking to speak to someone, and our team replied by email within two hours asking how we could help.
You contacted us again on 13th August regarding the price of a potential order, and we replied to that enquiry too, explaining our pricing and Price Match Promise.

Very disappointing experience – poor print quality and slow resolution
Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience with Hotline on a recent tote bag order.
The main issue was the quality of the print. The artwork contained fine but simple detail, but the finished bags had significant loss of detail, with fine lines closing up and the print looking noticeably worse than the supplied artwork. The quality simply wasn't good enough for us to put these in front of our customers, particularly as they represented our brand.
We raised the issue with customer service, but the timing was particularly frustrating. Our event in Birmingham was starting that Friday, so the bags were needed for the event. Despite this, we lost a production day while the issue was being reviewed, meaning there was no realistic opportunity to resolve the problem before the event.
Hotline requested that the entire order be collected for inspection. Unfortunately, the first DPD collection failed because the driver arrived but had no collection booked. This resulted in another wasted day and further delays to the resolution.
After the bags were eventually returned and inspected, Hotline confirmed that their production team could not make the print any more detailed or improve the quality further, and a full refund was processed.
I appreciate that they ultimately provided a full refund, but the overall experience was poor. The biggest issue for us wasn't simply that the print wasn't right - it was the combination of the unacceptable finished quality, the timing, the delays in dealing with the complaint and the failed collection.
As a business, we need suppliers who can produce work to a commercially acceptable standard and deal with problems quickly when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, this experience fell short of that expectation.
