Really impressed with the service from start to finish. The visual design team were incredibly responsive, answering my queries, taking suggestions on board and helping to make sure our logo looked just right. I particularly appreciated them recommending alternative products that were better suited to our logo rather than simply proceeding with the original choices.
The customer service team were equally helpful, especially when I accidentally paid for an order using the wrong credit card. They made cancelling the order and sorting everything out incredibly straightforward.
I was also very grateful for the cheeky 5% discount while I was reviewing the products which was a lovely bonus! I compared quotes from 5-6 different UK suppliers and no one else offered this level of flexibility so it was a no brainer.
I genuinely can’t fault the service. Everyone I’ve dealt with has been helpful, responsive and accommodating, and you will definitely be our go-to supplier for merchandise for future events. Thank you so much, Hotline! Looking forward to receiving the final product with our logo.

Very disappointed that the original…
Very disappointed that the original quote given on 20th Aug 2026 was £173.00 when I went to order them on 1st Sept they were out of stock, when back in stock on 4th Sept the price had gone up to £291.00. As a small charity approval was needed to purchase at the first quote which is why there was a delay and they ended up out of stock. These were intended as Christmas gifts for our Veteran members. I feel the original quote should have been honoured.

We’ve checked the original Visual Proof and quote from 20th August, which was £273 rather than £173. We lock our quoted prices for 14 days, during which time the £273 price would have been honoured. Unfortunately, the pricing for this particular item changed on 4th September, just after the 14-day price lock had ended, resulting in the new price of £291.
We also sent a discount code on 20th August which could have been applied to the order, although unfortunately this wasn’t used when the order was placed.
We completely understand that, as a charity, purchases may need additional time for approval, and we’re sorry that the timing of the stock availability and price change meant the original quote was no longer available.
We hope this helps to explain what happened with the pricing. Thank you for your order and for taking the time to leave your feedback.

Quality issue rectified - great customer service
There was a quality issue with our first order, which we needed in time for an event. We were tight on time to get the problem rectified, but Isadora from customer services was very attentive and helpful. She communicated well and was able to get a new order sent out in time for our event. The faulty items from the order were collected from us when stated. The second batch of bags were printed far better and looked really smart. Our visitors loved them!
