Super easy to order from the site but shipping to Canada was really slow.
I ordered on the 8th of August and got it on the 31st of August... However, when I inquired about the status, I received a prompt and helpful response.

Very nice half chap. Did a little research and did see where they run a little small. Ordered the next size up and they are perfect. They look really nice, almost a custom look.

I usually have no problems with my orders from horseloverz but this time, it took almost 2 weeks to get shipped. Once it was on the way, everything was fine and shipment was delivered quickly.

Product is better than expected! Have not used it yet, not anticipating any problems. This bridle will last for years.

I ordered a helmet at an amazing price and was so impressed with the fitting and overall excellence of my buying experience. Everything is so simple to find. well priced, but still is the quality you have always been looking for. My package arrived early and all instructions and details in the return shipping were so clear and straightforward. I didn't have to return anything, but if I did I would know exactly how to.

I ordered a "flash noseband" and when it arrived it was only a flash attachment. The picture on your website is an entire noseband and even states "fine stitching" there is no stitching on a flash attachment. I also lifted up the sticker on the item's brand tag and it had another sticker underneath that said "flash attachment." $10 is not worth going to court over, but I fairly sure false advertising is illegal.
