Ordered a large (15 inch) wind chime, but received a small (6 inch) one. My order was to be $34.95; however, the next day there was an additional $10.15 charge added to my account. They “refunded” the $10.15, but instead, added it onto the $34.95!!! Finally got that refunded and received the wrong size chimes!! Lesson learned - horrible experience. My order came from Spain according to the tracking, but the mailing label on the box was from a guy in New York!! Total scam!!!

Absolute filthy company! Send the incorrect item and do not want to rectify it by sending the correct one placing the blame on me because i do not except the $3 compensation offer! do not by from the overseas grubs support local and get local support with a bit if luck they will go bust

Ordered some artificial topiaries on April 6th after seeing an ad on Facebook, and as of today (May 20th), I have yet to receive them. I have emailed them numerous times and keep receiving vague and ambiguous responses without saying anything really tangible per se. I wish I would have done more research prior to ordering as well as trusted my gut to not order anything off Facebook (my bad). Oh well, off to file a Pay Pal claim.

Terrible dodgy site. Don't buy anything from here. Purchased a dragon and they changed the price from AU to US dollar after I press buy, refused the cancel the order and then when the order arrived it is nothing like what was advertised.

Pretty handy gadget, versatile and solidly built, surprised by its budget-friendly price.

These people are rip offs. Sorry ass people.

Received this drawing tool after about two weeks—not the fastest shipping but acceptable. Packaging was secure enough to protect from damage. Quality seems decent, considering the affordable price paid. Feels solid while using it and overall meets my expectations for a bargain buy.

Got this handy tool at a nice bargain and found it fairly practical for various crafting projects.

Ordered o e of the WiFi router things. Doesn’t work. Add says product is Made in USA and Shipped from USA. My package says Made in China and was shipped form Ireland. Sounds like deceptive practice to me. I’m trying to return for refund and they want a picture of the product so they can tell my why it isn’t working. REALLY.

As of Feb 22,2025 - Efficiencyi refuses to offer a full refund as noted on the website - they were offering $3 USD compensation. Will be disputing the charge in the credit card and include all email and shots of the website.

This company is a scam. They use fake tracking system so you cannot find out if or where your purchase was delivered.

They overcharged me and all I get are robot emails claiming to be customer service. I finally got the product and it is a piece of junk. Do not order or be tempted by low prices. I now have to figure out how to return it...JUNK-JUNK-JUNK!

I purchased a mobil router, claiming free internet. Made and shipped in US. This was a lie. Approved purchase was $34.84 was billed $43.55 via PayPal. This is a SCAM out of China. Item does not work as purported. NO SUPPORT

November 20, 2024 I ordered 2 oven gloves with what I thought included a box of cookie mix and a spatula. I received my order December 28, 2024, not in time for Christmas, but all it was was the 2 oven gloves. After several emails with the company, I learned that the pictures were incorrect and did not include the products in the oven glove. This is the last time I will ever order from this company!! I feel that this is false advertising!! I would not recommend you shop here either. Also this is not a company in the US. My package started in Germany, went to China and finally to the US, which would explain why it took so long to receive it!!

I ordered 3 mosaic kits.What showed up was a pice of plastic no glass mosaic.These were to be gifts.Return information said free returns within 30 days.Upon return they said that the warehouse was in China and would I accept 5 dollars when I paid 60dillats.Do not order anything from this company.Dissatisfied customer

This is a scam company from China. Their order page stated that all products were made and shipped from the USA. This is a lie, it’s coming from China and there were international bank fees and a several week delay in getting it. I paid through PayPal and a hold for an additional charge was placed in pending at my bank. Shame on PayPal for allowing this kind of business.

Ordered a wind chime of there's heavily advertised at the end of August. It's now Oct. 5, it still has not arrived!!! Contacted company and they told me it arrived to my door on a date before I even ordered the product. In other words, customer service lied. I should have checked here first! Trying hard to get a refund. Highly recomend going elsewhere for your products.

I ordered the chimes 2 months ago. Still have not received them.
