No honor in this business
I would give zero stars if this allowed me to. The name is very ironic; there is nothing honorable about this company or its owner. I contacted Branden last summer regarding some tree trimming I needed done. It is now almost the next summer. He came out for the estimate, where we agreed on pricing, and I never saw him again. He proceeded to breadcrumb me for almost a year. He would say he would come out and then have an excuse not to. This must have happened 4 or 5 times. I was very understanding each time. At the start of spring, I tried again to get him to come out to take care of these trees. He kept saying he would contact me about the date. First it was at the end of March he would let me know. Then in April. He would take days to respond and then just stopped responding altogether. I'm very thankful that I did not put down a deposit with him, because I doubt I would have ever seen that money again. Not the way to treat customers. I even let him use my car to jump his after he gave the estimate. Would not give him my money for any price.
