Good all round service.Pleased with the product.

Item was delivered very promptly and in perfect condition

You would think, with so many 1 star reviews, Home Discount Ltd would up their game...but no. I ordered from them via The Range on 31st Dec. I had to then chase up a tracking number which I found was for XDP. The tracking isnt accurate and communication is very poor. Home Discount wont respond to me directly unless through The Range first, which is ridiculous because as a buyer my contract as a consumer is with Home Discount and NOT The Range. The order was meant to be delivered on 6th January, but I've still no idea where it is. I can't stay home every day waiting as I have work to go to and kids to sort out. XDP have emailed me to say they have not even received any goods from Home Discount to deliver to me, which is also concerning. Many reviews of a similar nature, yet they can't be bothered to provide a good service when people are giving them money!! If the item is not delivered by the weekend ill just get my credit card provider to get my money back and buy elsewhere.

Item was ordered on the 31st of December via Amazon, with an expected delivery date of the 4th or 5th of January. The 5th of January arrived and I contacted the carrier, DX Freight, who said they hadn’t even received the item from Home Discount yet, so it wouldn’t be delivered that day.

Fast forward to the 6th of January, the item was marked as out for delivery, but the delivery failed as apparently DX couldn’t find my address (which I suspect was another lie). I rearranged delivery again for the 7th. On the 7th, there were no tracking updates, so I contacted DX who said it was not out for delivery due to a delay at the depot. They then asked me to book another delivery day, which is pointless when they have failed to deliver on the last three attempts.

Home Discount’s customer service is almost non-existent. When they do bother to respond, the answers are generic. I’m now taking it through Amazon for a refund. I will never use Home Discount again.

NEVER again will I shop on-line at Home Discount on line through The Range.Purchased a TV unit as a surprise new house gift for my son for delivery direct to him - never arrived-tracking not updated-very long story short - over a week later & no further tracking available. Impossible to speak to The Range - stores can’t help as its an on-line buy. Eventually discover the item is sold by Home Discount Ltd through The Range. Managed to google a phone number for them-they wouldn’t discuss with me because it wasn't addressed to me even tho’ I explained I had paid for it on my card with my address as the billing address and my email address-they would only discuss with the intended recipient who knew nothing about it as I was having it delivered directly to him as a surprise. 4 days later of email communication (from me-what a laugh-will respond to my emails but won’t speak with me !!!) turns out DX have returned it to Hone Discount/The Range and they will refund - still waiting for that but there are plenty in stock if I want to re-order it …..guess what …..NOT A FLIPPING CHANCE - worst ever shopping experience in my 61years.

Customer service is very poor, didn’t understand simple questions and you wait ages for them to get back to you, and this happened multiple times and by the time they actually answered the question, they had increased the price of the product I was looking to purchase! Don’t wast your time with this shambles of a company!

Edit - it was the fact it took you a week to actually understand and answer the question correctly when it was clear the first time!! Then the price had gone back up! If you understood the simple question the first, second or even 3rd time I could have ordered the item at the price I wanted to order it at! And still the customer service was poor they really don’t care so no point in you pretending you care on here!

can completely understand why there are so many 1 star reviews, ordered via the B&Q website, NEXT DAY EXPRESS delivery, it never turned up, contact DX parcels and they said the driver ran out of time, but according to tracking never moved all day. they wont deliver the next day nor saturday, the seller has to authorise Saturday delivery, trying to get in touch with homeDiscount is a nightmare and they do not respond when they do it seems like a automatic response saying wait 5 days , 5 days ? thats not next day express delivery its a #SHITESHOW its now 8th January 2026 i never received the order and still have no refund, seller claims they have not had the item back, well thats not my problem i never received it to send it back, seriously people stay clear of these scammers

Disappointed . When you pay for express delivery thinking you will actually receive the item quickly to find its not something you provide .

Avoid this company absolutely rubbish!!!!
we ordered a chest of drawers via the range for this company, originally they only sent one of the boxes which is fine as they sent the box quick, this seemed fine. little did we know this was the start, 2 weeks later we had the second box! perfect! lets get started, we open and get the parts out and see we are missing 7 parts with like 5-6 of those each, we get them to send us the more missing parts, which they do. we then get these parts and find out after they arrive that again something is wrong with the fronts of the drawers they do not fit with the sides, so we contact them again. they give no guidance through all this just an AI text response of "sorry for any inconvenience" every time so again they send us the fronts of the drawers, fats forward to today and AGAIN the parts do not fit. they won't accept a return because we don't have the original box and we have half their stock room in the our dining room just for a chest of drawers. so we've taken the loss of money and will never purchase from this company again.

Ordered 2 radiator covers from B&Q marketplace which came from Home discount. They were meant to arrive withing 48 hours.. they took 10 days in total, they seemed to have got sent to the wrong place. unaware if this was caused by the company or the courier EVRI as no one seemed to know. They have now arrived and we are quite dissappointed. They are advertised as grey and are clearly more of an olive green colour. Several of the pre drilled holes were not drilled enough either. B&Q themselves were very helpful and apologetic. Just a shame so many products they sell now are from other companies.

Good value items fast delivery

Ordered 2 single beds for my sons on the 4th of october still never came sahing its still with DHL

Original parcel arrived with damage to one of the component parts. One quick phone call to customer services and a replacement promptly on its way.

Scam company, took money and no item arrived

Chest of drawers arrived on due date and is good quality. Very happy with the purchase. Would be 5 stars apart from the tracking app which didn't operate properly. Keep it up, you have a good business.
