Incredibly unhelpful and arrogant customer care
We bought a shoe cabinet with glass doors from their online store. We discovered a fault with the glass within a day of arrival. They would not help us, or change it or do anything to support us. Their attitude was rude and arrogant and they truly didnt care for their customer after payment went through. This is the very last time we buy anything from this place.

No me han entregado nada. Me enviaron un mensaje diciendo que ya mi pedido había sido entregado, estuve todo el día esperandolo y nunca llegó nadie.
Llamo y me dicen que ya fue entregado que están revisando y que luego me contactan. Me han llamado solo a decirme que mi reclamación está en curso, vuelven y confirman mis datos y ya, ahi se queda todo.
La persona que dicen que tiene mi caso : Liliana Mora, no me ha contactado y no tengo ninguna información sobre absolutamente nada.

There is zero customer service post sale. Ive been waiting for furniture for a month, no delivery, apparently I can't cancel my order because the warehouse have it. But homecentre can't do anything even though they have my payment. Abysmal. I will log a complaint with the chamber of commerce. You can do this via the government portal. Its the equivalent of trading standards in the uk. I recommend this avenue for resolution, calling homecentre is pointless, thats if you get through.

terrible support is understatement
I have no words to express the experience I had with this store and its support. I wish I had read reviews from other users here before.
I had ordered some pieces of furniture from them. They were delivered as scheduled, but the color of the furniture (in my case wardrobe) is different from the one displayed one the website - much darker then published. So from day 2 i requested this to be returned, calling support. The furniture is still boxed (not installed) - all they had to do was come pick it up. For the past 2 weeks I had like 8 calls with them, sent them pictures of the boxes by whatsapp as requested, each time they promising to call back that day or maximum next day with resolution. I received exactly ZERO calls back from them.
I requested to talk with manager, they refuse to transfer the call. And yesterday, after 14 days from delivery, they even had the audacity to say that any returns should be processed within 14 days of delivery, and that i missed that period.. by who's fault as as they have done nothing since i started requesting this return.
At this point I am glad i did not place more orders with them as i was in full apartment furnishing.
I would recommend all users to not bother calling them more than once as they will not get anything sorted out. Simply raise a complaint with the Consumer Protection Authority and move on, otherwise there is nothing sorted from HomeCenter
Broken items & poor service
Unfortunately, my shopping experience was quite frustrating. I spent nearly an entire day trying to complete my order due to frequent issues with Homecentre website, which collapsed repeatedly. Additionally, I found it impossible to modify my address during the process. To make matters worse, when I finally reached the payment stage, I discovered that I could not use Apple Pay since it was only available for Safari users, while I was using Chrome.
A couple of days later, I received an email stating that one of my items had shipped; however, I never received it. The second item did arrive, but when I reached out to homecentre support team for assistance, I was transferred between representatives multiple times without resolution. Ultimately, they were unable to locate my order in the system, leaving me feeling quite frustrated after spending nearly 500 AED on a broken bookend.
Total desastre. Stay away from this company

They rely on their brand name and reputation, which is exactly why post-sale service and delivery experience seem to be completely neglected.
I have been following up on my delivery for three days, and it is still unresolved. Previously, they lost my order, and it was delivered one week late with no proper explanation.
What’s most disappointing is the lack of communication. No one takes ownership, no one calls back with updates, and customers are left to chase endlessly while staff continue as usual.
Very frustrating experience and highly disappointing support.

Customer service poor and delivery worst. My husband waiting until this time 1035 evening (14 Dec 25) ,1137pm still not yet come, They keep my husband wait, super worst. Still waiting, No system. After sold out the items, no follow up and do not even check if has been delivered the timings as agreed. I have noticed all customers same review written. We bought City Center Home Center, we trusted the person assisted us that promised to deliver on time.
Hidden policy/ Scammers Attitude
After i paid for the mattress i found that they wrote (item can not be returned or exchanged)
They never mention this before payment…This scammers attitude is very weird and not normal for a big brand like Home Center.
Only after receiving the purchase (Mattress) i understood why they did this…the mattress has manufacturing defaults and apparently they will not return or exchange…i filed a complaint and will update the comment later.
But even though they change it, this scammers attitude needs to be changed
Pathetic service
Pathetic service. Always a delayed delivery and when delivered item woll have an issue or defect which if contacted the customer service they will ask us to bring there which creates additional expense to the customer. Once item received they will least care about the delivery they will put it in pending and we get replaced item after many days. Happened so many times.

If there were the option 0 star I would have selected it. Unprofesional delivery service. They installed a cabinet in our washroom and they scratched the whole floor and left it like this before leaving.

Everything is wrong, the worst experience ever, the customer service is the worst the management is the worst, I bought a safe box, it took 3 weeks to deliver after many followups, staff delivering had no idea how to use it, after 100 calls to customer care nothing was done, however it has 2 yeats of warranty after 2 official complains to MOCI they tried to make action,it took 4 months to fight, very unprofessional management the worst place you can make a purchase from. Till now the issue is pending
Disgraceful and utterly incompetent!
After having placed an order on the 13th November for a bed, mattress and bedside table the delivery never arrived. I phoned Home Centre on 5 separate occasions to see when my order was arriving and I was told ‘the products are damaged in transit so we did not delivery them’ to then being told ‘the products are still in the warehouse’ to finally being told ‘the other customer service representatives lied to you, the products were never in stock and so you need to cancel your order’. Home Centre’s own representative had accused his colleagues of lying to me to cover up the company’s ineptitude.
The whole process has been completely and utterly unprofessional and I would stay well away from Home Centre and in particular the Online orders and customer service. It has been a disgrace. You are much better off spending slightly more money elsewhere but being guaranteed delivery and better customer care than with these time wasters.
