Homebase - Harlow Omdömen 

Not clear what customer service points are open as staff don't stand behind them.
When I got home I found that there 2 of the four bolts from the pack were missing.

Best customer experience in a very long time. Manager went out of way to ensure our online purchase which had become unavailable after order was collected from another store for us.

The staff were very friendly and Helpful, Charlie was sensible and thoughtful in the way he dealt with us. Polite and friendly service is a missing commodity in many shops and services these days, but the staff here were both and excellent. Well done Charlie.

Had a fantastic experience at homebase in Harlow the store was clean and tidy all the staff were happy and helpful and didn't think it could get any better until I got to the till and met Harry a happy and cheerful young man also very knowledgeable and offered excellent advice on how to do my decking he was also very healthy and safety conscious in his own work as well as for myself as well again offering advice and had some gloves available at a competitive price as I bought two pairs a truly amazing young man the Harry kane of homebase

Served by Charlie on enquiries. I had a faulty broom to return but no receipt. He found my purchase on his screen quickly and made the refund. Very efficient and friendly young member of staff.
