I ordered my new system, only to find out I'd ordered amp only, no speakers....not very good without.
I asked the question and was looked after by Viraj. Not only did Viraj answer promptly, I was offered suggestions for speakers to complete. When I cheekily asked for a price match to the price of the system I should have ordered, Viraj set it up for me.
what an absolute star. Customer service like this is not found everywhere. I know where I will go for any AV kit I need in the future. I will also make sure my friends and family know of the amazing service I received.

Ordered Bose Quiet Comfort Earbuds which arrived in a couple of days. Well packaged and shipped via DPD which allowed tracking. Would certainly recommend using them again.

Had major issues with my Pro-Ject turntable that would not resolve.

I had to request a return and this was dealt with very efficiently and resolved to my satisfaction.

Bought headphones, they broke within a few months. Had to return them at my expense even though within warranty. Have been dealt with with nothing but benign neglect, no resolution of a refund or replacement. Simply hide behind excuses without solving the customers problem.

Phoned to see if the Q Acoustics Concept 40 Speakers I wanted were in stock in black. After a short pleasant chat, I ordered them via the website, paid with my Paypal account and I had them by lunchtime the next day!! Outstanding! Well done!

I had previously ordered some nuraphones from nura and they spent over a week not dispatching them. After contacting them numerous times to be told different answers I received a refund. That was when I saw the price for homeavdirect.co.uk it was about £70 cheaper than what I was going to pay from the actual manufacturer. I received them the next day with the free next day shipping . This is the first review I have ever left for anything and it may even be my last but to be honest I feel homeavdirect have done me a service and I should return the favour.

Great price searched most retailers and these guys couldnt be beaten on price,the item was out of stock but kept me informed every step of the way

Great service and help. Ordered 3 p.m. and arrived 24 hours later.

Awful service we got a denon amplifier and the item was someone else’s return or a store model. When we tried to turn it on it wouldn’t even do that. They accepted the return and now it’s been sent back to them they won’t refund me. They stated 14 days by law to refund me it’s now been 18 and they won’t respond to calls or texts. Have to open a claim with PayPal. Go elsewhere many other places you can trust over this joke of a company. SHOCKING

Phoned for advice on which home theatre system to purchase. Received good personal advice and ordered home theatre system and speakers. Arrived 8 o'clock next morning. Couldn't have been more pleased. I called again for support advice and once more received top class assistance. Ordered new speaker stands and despite a small glitch by dpd this company sorted any problem immediately. First class company to deal with. I would reccomend unreservedly. Service doesn't get better than this.

DO NOT GO THERE! Given these unprecedented times of Covid - Isolation - Lockdowns - Staff Sickness and Delivery Companies inundated with delivering - isolating packages before opening etc...I like so many others started to get organised in November for Xmas assisting businesses with purchases and easing the stress of staff by buying early as unable to foresee ahead. UNBELIEVABLY THIS COMPANY has refused to accept a ( Bose ) Xmas gift return as it falls out of there 14 day return period!!!! The customer service is appalling!!! Totally Unacceptable to behave this way!!! HIGHLY suggest you support other companies whom want to stay afloat and excel with customer service..GIVEN OUR ENVIRONMENT TODAY and the passed 10 months this company blatantly steals from you without a conscience. Contacted Bose directly whom sincerely apologised for Home Directs Service and took responsibility of retrieving item and reimbursing me.

Had an issue with product, not damaged or not working just a basic set up issue which Viraj took time to contact the manufacturer and get the information to correct the issue. Would not hesitate to use again, very pleased.
