Ordered item for £849 and then they cancelled my order saying there was no stock.
The website has always said in stock.
After cancelling my order they raised the price to £1600.

Purchased cooker last year now not working need receipt cant find mine as done onnline cant contact Contact comet for a reciept any one know how to contact them

Needed washing machine as mine packed up kings Lynn branch all though there wasn't much stock the sale man was very helpful and eventually found me a washing machine in stock in my price range that I could take away straight away he even helped me unpack it so it would fit in car and even took all packaging away couldn't ask for more

This is not comet of old the real comet was liquidated if you are back maybe elvis will make an appearance

Stop missleading the public all you have did is bought the logo

I retired and needed a new cooker. I visited Comet in Cardiff. The service was subtle and inviting. I was given advice and chose the stove. It was delivered on the day and time and took the old one away. No mess, no fuss and superb service, Tanxx

Have a fault on product bought from comet
Now noticed website is down and emails are returned undeliverable
What's going on?

Honestly I would give the comet 0 stars however that's not an option. Only last month, articles on the comet were free however now they're stuck behind a pay wall. Why am I going to bother reading news for retired people that is locked behind a paywall. Absolute waste and loss of a customer.

Good delivery was not best ordered to items came seperate on different couriers not much variety could do with more stock and options

I bought a "Which" recommended iron online from Comet as they were listed as one of the retailers. Great iron, good price, ordering online was easy, and delivery was quick.

To order a product and have money taken out of my account to then be told I won’t receive it and wait 10 days for my money back is shocking. Definitely don’t recommend comet.
