Had great time with my kids bowling, it was quick and easy to book online, and as soon as I got there my lane was ready and staff where very friendly

There were 9 of us who went 6 children and 3 adults. It was such a lovely experience from start to finish. Adults all had a coffee, lady behind the bar was so lovely then a young man asked if we needed any food and drink. We felt very well catered for at Birmingham Rubery Hollywood Bowl and the children had a ball.

We were served by Aarif, he was very friendly and help me understand how everything worked, he is hard working and great with people, would highly recommend.

Lovely experience at Dagenham bowling. Toni looked after us. She is very welcoming, kind and friendly. Lovely lady. We will definitely be back again 😊

Great experience for us to do with grandkids

Everything was stress-free and easy to do and questions were no problems

From the moment we checked in at the desk we was greeted by amazing staff members. There was abit of a que but thats to be expected on a busy day. Food was good and drinks options were good also. Bowling lanes were spotless and all equipment such as bowling balls and bowling aids were well maintained. The lanes are scattered throughout the premises and that was brilliant for my autistic child as it wasnt too overwhelming for her. The arcade game were simple classics and spread out over the 2 floors. From what I can see the pool tables and interactive darts were a big hit with people. Toilets were well maintained and cleaned regularly. The go karting on the bottom level looked brilliant and something we want to try on our next visit.

We had a fun afternoon with my great nieces and nephews, aged 10, 12 and 15 and we were all able to join in the fun. It was great that you could programme bumpers to come up when needed for two members of the family. They enjoyed the amusement area afterwards.

First time taking my son here, he enjoyed the bowling and the arcades good variety and for all kids age groups so plenty to do.

Food delays , burger was raw , got food poisoning, terrible service

Staff at Tolworth are great, good venue too. Loved that.

Can’t say the same for the central team and the business practices.
I booked a kids party and, while adding more participants was done quickly over the phone (I was sent a link to quickly pay on mobile while on the phone), removing 1 kid out of a party of 12 with over 2 weeks notice hit a wall of “sorry T&C”, no refunds - “You should have asked to pay a deposit only and settle 7 days before the event instead”. It’ll be great for these things to be explained clearly over the phone rather than buried in T&C and never mentioned as a clear option with consequences explained.

We had good time with my kids but not too many option for younger ones

Has an amazing day out here with my son and two grandchildren. Great value for money. Food was amazing- even my two fussy grandchildren ate all of theirs. The amusement part was great. Overall 10/10 ! Staff were all amazing too

Had a great family afternnon at Hollywood bowl leeds , always good atmosphere and lots to keep you busy if you are a fee mintues early .

Good service as the staff were very nice, well priced package for mini golf and bowling. Highly recommend to come with family.
