I ordered a shacket to go to my mother…

I ordered a shacket to go to my mother in Scotland but they supposedly sent it to my billing address and it never arrived.
They refuse to refund or replace even though they sent it to wrong address.
It was confirmed by Abe that it was sent to wrong address and I have voice to text stating so , so again they are lying. Will never buy from them again. They deprived a 90 year old of giving her son a present for Christmas.

We’re sorry to hear that you have not had a positive experience with Hollands.

As confirmed in our discussions, the parcel was not sent to an incorrect address on our end. The Parcel was sent to the address provided by yourself at checkout. We only received one address for your order, the billing address was marked as the same. We hold a copy of the address as entered on your order confirmation, which we offered to share with you; however this was declined.

As the address was entered incorrectly and the parcel has been delivered, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or replacement at this time.

We apologise that this is not the outcome you were hoping for.

I had to reach out for advice on a gift…

I had to reach out for advice on a gift (waterproof bib/ dungarees for a very tall 11 year old). No chat bot, no link to an FAQ, I just got a great and timely response from a person. This gave me the confidence to make the purchase.

5 stars seems insufficient

What a great company. Fantastic personal customer service, knowledgeable and professional. They are a pleasure to shop with and I have every confidence in both their advice and the any items they recommend.

Excellent Customer Service

Excellent Customer Service - Very quick to help. When I accidentally double ordered a pair of Wellies with my Brother, the Hollands team had cancelled the order by the next morning. Very much appreciated :-)

Purchased a Gents green Quilted Jacket…

Purchased a Gents green Quilted Jacket in size Large which is my normal size, I found the jacket slightly tight on me, got in touch with them and arranged a return and for an XXL to be sent out to me. Received the replacement and it fitted me just fine. Everything was paid for by Hollands, so all in all I was very very pleased with the service I received from Hollands Country Clothing. Definitely recommend them.👍👍👍

MARVELLOUS FAMILY COMPANY. FIRST CLASS SERVICE.…

I ORDERED A SOUWESTER FROM HOLLANDS ONLY TO REALISE THAT DUE TO CHRISTMAS IT WOULDN'T ARRIVE IN TIME....MY FAULT ENTIRELY. I CONTACTED THEM....ON A SATURDAY... AND THEY IMMEDIATELY WENT INTO HELP MODE. THEY SAID THEY WOULD ALTER THE POSTAGE ADDRESS TO WHERE I WOULD BE STAYING FOR CHRISTMAS INSTEAD OF IT SITTING ON MY DOORSTEP WHILE I WAS AWAY. WHAT A COMPANY!!! SO HELPFUL AND KIND. I WILL DEFINETELY BE ORDERING FROM THEM AGAIN AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
OH, FOR EVERY COMPANY TO HAVE THEIR CUSTOMERS NEEDS AT THE FOREFRONT OF WHAT THEY DO. THANK YOU HOLLANDS FOR YOUR HELP AND A GREAT SOUWESTER!!! LONG LIVE FAMILY COMPANIES!! MUCH APPRECIATED.

Amazing customer service for an ordering mistake

Placed an order - Later realised I would be waiting 5-7 days for the whole order as one of items would not be ready till then.

I emailed on a Saturday, got a response within 2 hours and they are dispatching the order in 2 separate halves. This really helped me out massively as I need the items ASAP for another farm rotation.

Carl was super helpful! Would order from the team again.

Picked up from the depot

I needed a new shirt before jetting off today and the team went above and beyond as a first-time buyer!

Phoned up at 9am to see if it was in stock, paid over the phone, and picked it up two hours later!

I'll be sure to order online in future as Hollands Country Clothing is now my first to-go-to.
