I went into store to try and find some cds for a family members Xmas presents. The staff were really helpful in finding what I needed and the out of stock cd they said I can order online which I did with ease.

HMV service
HMV has so many K-pop albums there and there is so many to choose from, I was looking for the stray kids album and I asked one of the workers and they were so nice and their service was great I would recommend them for kpop albums!!!

Ordering online is easy and you get the choice to have your order delivered to store.( there is no delivery fee for this ). I would rather collect from store as it means I don't have to wait in or risk the order being kept on the doorstep. Also I am kept up to date by email letting me know when to expect the order to arrive and when it actually dies.
