First time I've used Hispek so was a little cautious - no need to worry, my order arrived really quickly and the price was the best I could find online.

I called 2 weeks ago to cancel part of my order and girl I spoke to said "no problem, you will receive a confirmation email of the cancelled item and refund within a few days." I'm still waiting for both the email confirming email and the refund!

I like others compare the majority of purchases on-line. I had not been on the Hispec website before but found prices competitive, it was easy to place the order and I received the ordered item well packaged within a few days with free delivery.

This company was rated on Which? and offered the best price for the product I purchased. They delivered with free postage and delivery was very fast. Would definatley order from this company again. Very impressed.

Very good service from HiSpek. I got my Yamaha receiver in just two days. It's a wonderful machine.

However, there was also a iPod dock included in the offer and I haven't seen that one yet??? Otherwise, I'm a very satisfied client.

Hi, I've just used Hispek to purchase a Bose Sounddock and the price and service were both fantastic. I was kept informed of the status of my order by email and even though I was told of a small delay it still arrived within the original stated delivery period. I can't fault them.
