Superb, just like Bose headphones.
I have had Bose headphones for 8 years at least and so did not hesitate to buy these speakers for when others should be hearing the sound from my MP3 player or computer. My friends are impressed. Do not think for long, just buy them.

There's not much to say. I saw the goods (Samsung TV), the price was right. The goods were ordered. 4 days later (including a weekend), the goods were delivered. However, that was me. It may be different for you!

Charged my card knowing they didnt hold stock even though website reported they did. Failed to deliver for partners birthday.

Great product - and customer service to match!
Just set up my home cinema system (Panasonic SCHTB520EBK) and really pleased with it - delivers the cinematic experience as advertised.
Hispek's customer services team is great too: excellent communication from outset and 1st class support when I needed to get a problem resolved, thanks.

Terrible Service - Very Rude Staff
I would never use this company again, messed up a delivery and then charged us another £45 for their mistake. The staff member was very aggresive and rude. Beware!!

Excellent Stoves Cooker from good Supplier
Excellent service from this supplier who I had not previously come into contact with. Their communication was excellent and the delivery was on schedule. A warning about the cooker though. The 'Stoves' induction hob cooker is excellent, but like the Belling, it is not 600 mm as advertised. Both have screws on the side of the hob and need 605 mm space. I fixed mine by trimming the work surface, but some will not be able to do that.

Faulty product but sorted quickly
I ordered some Bose headphones, ordered on the Tuesday, delivered on Thursday - 5 stars for delivery. Unfortunately they were faulty so contacted hi spek who organised a a collection within 48 hours. The refund took nearly 1 week which is the only reason I gave this company 4 stars and not 5. I would have no hesitation in ordering from them again.
