There was a delivery issue with the USB hub I ordered and Atolla was quick to send me a new one. Received it quickly. Great experience!

I bought a product to take on a trip. The next day I got an email asking if I made a mistake because it has a European plug, not an American one. I responded, clarifying the situation (yes, I need the European plug).

Two days later I got a second email, asking the same question. I responded again, clarifying the situation.

Two days later (yes again) I got a third email, asking the same question. I responded again with clarification and said I needed them by a certain date, otherwise we should just cancel the order as I will be away from home.

Well, the product didn't arrive in time. I left. Now a delivery is sitting on my front porch useless for everyone.

It would have been great if we didn't waste a week from order to shipping.

The USB plug was damaged. Crushed
to some degree. Was it shipped that
way or damaged in shipping ??????
I need the unit so I am trying to

Allow me to suggest a 7-plug USB hub WITH an audio jack plug. I would like to run my JBL speakers but they don't plug-in well with my computer, for whatever reason.

Ordered 2 USB hubs. For some reason, one was cancelled & refunded. The other (USB 3.0 3 port with card reader) was shipped and arrived quickly. Solid build, works well, even with keyboard & mouse dongles.

You delivered on Saturday and Sunday when no one was working. Product was left out in the rain to get soaked. There is no way to contact you to make sure that issue does not occur.

Very unhappy that I received an item that was used. Then when i reach out no one says anything to me just sends an email saying another was shipped. Just feel like customer service isn't important.

What an incredible multiple USB charging station!! Small and easy to use, brings power availability to multiple (5) things that may need appropriate while you are working with an object that needs power now, so your work can get completed successfully!!
