I ordered a dinner set from via Debenhams and unfortunately it was damaged arrival. I rang Hirex International and spoke to Josef Hmar who was very polite and helpful in sorting this out by arranging a new dinner set to be sent and guided me on the phone the process in returning the damaged one.
The whole process was made easy by Josef Hmar thank you so much

The product unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations, which was disappointing. However, I want to highlight the excellent customer service I received from Mrinal.
Mrinal was helpful, professional, and supportive throughout the process. He clearly explained how to return the item, guided me step by step, and ensured everything was handled smoothly. Most importantly, he made sure my refund was processed promptly.
While the product wasn’t right for me, the customer service experience – especially thanks to Mrinal – was outstanding.

I recently had an issue of the wrong item sent..I cannot rate the staff highly enough...especially Josef Hmar...the service provided was excellent, he strived to resolve my problem despite several difficulties...excellent customer service and care, polite and personable, he made resolving a problem a pleasure to deal with...thank you Josef!!!

Would have got full 5 but my patio set had to go back two times but staff on phone was very helpful and got me one out that was perfect there customer service is 5 star you can't jude them on 2 been broken things happen

We had issues with part of our delivery, communication with the company was quick and easy, very responsive and we received our part refund promptly. The order we did receive was exactly what we expected and we are very happy with the chairs.

I had what I thought was a quality issue with a product I'd bought from this manufacturer off Wowcher.
I emailed and in less than 24 hours had a response asking for photos of the problem. Once the photos were sent within minutes there was a 5 or 6 step solution to the problem and if this did not work a refund or replacement was offered.
Luckily the 5 step solution worked and I can use my glass tupperware with no problems.
Excellent customer service and easy to use!

Awful experience, no product received, templated and conflicting responses sent to messages chasing for info and eventually after chasing consistently I was offered a refund as the product was never in stock, despite being allowed to place the order and the Website (B&Q) stating next day delivery when ordered.

I was happy with the help I got from Joseph he was kind and very professional

The company have been very helpful. A box went missing on our order which wasn’t there fault. They sent a replacement and fulfilled the order. Thanks

I bought the glass containers as I’m trying to cut back on plastic. The containers are microwave, oven and dishwasher safe but I wasn’t sure if I could use them in the freezer. I, therefore , sent an email and had an answer literally within 15 minutes. The containers ARE freezer safe if space for expansion is left in them and I am now totally happy with my purchase.
James, the representative who answered my email, couldn’t have been more helpful. I feel I am dealing with a company which values customer service, which is very refreshing,
I bought the containers via Wowcher at a very reasonable price, so this was a good experience all round. Will definitely buy again.

I initially had a delay with delivery untill I was contacted by an employe from Hirix (Joseff Hmar), he resolved the issue immediately and kept me updated regularly, he provided me with the highest customer service!

Return received but not refunded

I’ve spent 9 weeks emailing Debenhams then I was contacted by Josef Hmar at Hirix- Josef listened, arranged for the collection of the item and then contacted me once the item was received and assured me that my refund would be processed.
He is a credit to the company and the world would be a better place with more folk like Josef.
