Dreadful company, items arrive damaged and missing parts, no body answers the phone and have stopped replying to my emails! Avoid at all costs

Very poor communication when items are faulty had to ask bank to get involved

If I could give this company zero it would still be too much. There is zero customer service. Ordered sun loungers via B&Q. Delivery date was missed, so I messaged and received no response. Messaged a further two times and still no response. Kept receiving emails from two couriers stating they were awaiting the items. The sun loungers finally arrived a week late.

Terrible communication not answered emails or picked the phone up I’ve been calling for 4 days multiple times, now left a voicemail and Wowcher contacted the merchant still no response. No item information either! £15 for delivery and nothing since the money left my bank!

I purchased an outdoor table set with a fire pit, and although the item showed as delivered, I was then told it had actually been returned. Trying to contact the company by phone was impossible as nobody ever answers.

After emailing multiple times, I got one reply saying a replacement would be sent out. Weeks later, still nothing arrived and no tracking. Since then, they have simply ignored my emails and stopped responding completely.

I had no choice but to open a dispute with my bank to try and get my money back.

Genuinely one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered two air cooling units for next day delivery, paid £26 extra for the privilege. Now days later, no update from the courier as it still shows that they have not received the items, no response to numerous emails sent. Having looked through their reviews the general consensus is that items either arrive damaged or not atall.
All I want is a courteous response to my numerous emails explaining where my items are and when they will arrive. Will pursue my refund via Barclaycard.

Hinrx International Ltd had supplied me with 4 air cooler when the delivery came i only received 3 out 4 I tried several days to contact them ive messaged them on on wowcher website and emailed them and rang them as well but had no reply back we unpacked one the air cooler and followed the instructions to the t a very easy set up to be put in my daughter's room about 30 to 45 minutes mywife went check on my daughter she noticed that smoke was coming from the air cooler due to this my daughter had a asthma attack im quite up set with wowcher and hinrix International Ltd based in Leicester these Chinese air cooler could have been a danger to all my family as we slept in the night a fire 🔥 hazard wait to happen now both parties wowcher and hinrix International Ltd has gone quiet neither parties are responding to any of my complaints to consumers be very careful when buy any electrical faulty products for hinrix International Ltd as they will ignore all yor calls after they've taken your money 💰

Terrible service
No email confirmation when order placed, no email or call for when delivery would happen.
Table delivered today (without me knowing) and parts missing.
Number on website no one ever answers, email through website doesn’t work and sending an email to them through outlook no one ever reply’s.
Now I have a table I can’t use!

Terrible customer service. Item ordered and paid for instantly. Nothing received. Check tracking and item has been sent back to Hirix and signed by them but when I contact them they say I need to take it up with the courier, even though the courier confirms that Hirix have the item. Try to call no answer all day. Complete rip off

Scam! Would give 0 stars if I could!

Ordered garden set on 12th May (in plenty of time, for a party I was having) from Wowcher (says it takes 2 days to deliver).

Still not received by 28th May. Wowcher have passed my problem over to Hirix - can't get through to Hirix on phone and not responding to emails.

This is not the way to deal with customers! Someone should be responsible for my order which I have paid for!

Paid for next day delivery but the company booked it as a three day delivery. They were dismissive of the complaint and refused to take responsibility. Delivery took 6 days.

1. Could not offer product in the colour I ordered, as they don’t even have it in stock and problems with overseas delivery

2. Given two delivery dates - failed to deliver on both.

3. Emails don’t get replied unless you keep chasing up.

I ordered a 4 Seater Rattan Furniture set through Wowcher with delivery for 14 May 2026. It never arrived.

When I chased Hirix by email on 16 and 18 May, they told me the grey set was out of stock until June and offered other colours. I agreed to switch to black after they said it would arrive before Sunday. Sunday passed and I got zero updates.

I needed the furniture ahead of time to build the flatpack before the day I was hosting in my garden. Because of the delays, I’ve now lost the time I had to build it and I’m having to spend more time shopping around in stores instead. I no longer trust them to deliver.

No proactive communication at any point. I had to chase them every time. Would not recommend based on this experience. Now awaiting full refund.

I ordered a set of 2 Zero Recliners for my garden and was really impressed with the quality. I ordered on the Tuesday and they arrived on the Friday so quick delivery. They were a great price too so I would definitely buy again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY….I wouldn’t even give them 1 star but had to for me to leave a review………Absolute disgrace of a company. Bought a 8 seater garden set through Wowcher which was coming in 4 boxes. Received 3 boxes and contacted Hirix who assured us box 1 will be sent out still waiting to receive it. 18 days we’ve been waiting and now customer services don’t reply to emails or answer phone hundreds of pounds on a garden set I can’t put together.

Very bad service i ill ordered some stuff from B&Q store aap they guys send me wrong itom and its very cheap as well i ill send back spend more money my own pocket for dpd parcel they are receiving that itom after they didn't send me orignal itom and didn't refund even i ill try contact they last 10 days they didn't respond nothing dont use them guys after u getting big stress and waste of money very very very bad service

Item not received. Cannot get in touch with them even though I have paid for item through Wowcher. Left emails, messages, maybe this will prompt someone????

Chairs I paid for & delivered were not as advertised. Installing one chair the legs were uneven causing rocking. Tried several times to phone them but each time it said leave a message but told their voice mail was full. Then wrote an email no reply, finally went on their advertised website, no such website & the alternative phone numbers it said were not recognised. DON'T USE THEM!

horrendous company. i bought an egg chair from wowcher, it never arrived, contacted wowcher and they told me i needed to go to Hirix, the third party company, as that is where the chair is from …. contacted hirix multiple times via phone and email, they don’t answer the phone , they don’t answer emails ….absolutely appalling…. . I will be taking things further as I just want my money back now, pauling company with appalling customer service.. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Bought an egg chair from this company through Wowcher was delivered next day ,it’s great strong and sturdy took about 15 minutes to put up. So happy we’ve ordered another one .

I ordered through the bnq shop and I had no cushions arrive with it, after speaking to Mrinal at Hirix the replacement cushions were with me within 2 days, very quick to sort out my issue and make sure I had my product
