They came to my home address!
Andrew at HiQ Gorseinon was very knowledgeable and clearly explained the tyre options available.
The tyres I wanted weren’t in stock so he ordered them for me and arranged for Luke, the technician to come to my home address a few days later to conveniently fit them for me!
Like was very friendly and efficient and I’m extremely pleased with the service offering. I’ll definitely return and will recommend!

HIQ service in Swansea, gorseinon.
I get my Goodyear tyres from there last 3years had major service done last year
Was worried incase they came back with loads may need doing but everything was spot on nothing came back.
getting more tyres soon ,that lasts me the year.

Faultless service.
Andrew in the office was very helpful and friendly,and he was great when assisting me to select the right tyres for my car.Also because I am "shielding",he arranged for the tyres to be fitted at my house.I cant fault the young man (Luke) the tyre fitter,who was very professional but friendly with it! Had our car serviced today by Leighton…
Had our car serviced today by Leighton Hopkins.
Meet and greet was very professional, all social distancing was observed (he had to ask another customer to wait outside the office whilst he spoke with me). After the service he gave me a full summary of the job, told me I would get a video via email as well as further info for the lease company.
Key was cleaned again before returning it.
Very satisfied, brilliant job.

Brilliant garage
Brilliant garage, car battery died on me this morning gave Andrew a ring to see if he could fit me in after the AA had jumped started me and wanted to charge a hefty price for a new battery and within 15 minutes of the phone call I was driving away, new battery fitted. Hassle free service and completely trust worthy, been a loyal customer for over 15 years and would not go anywhere else!!!!
