Mortgage service: The mortgage team was great. Chris Sanders handled my initial calls brilliantly, guiding us through all applicable market options. Chrissie Froggatt then efficiently closed off all the documentation and secured our bank approval without any hassle. We especially appreciated their timely communication throughout the process, which gave us true peace of mind.
Mortgage protection: Unfortunately, the mortgage protection side was a contrast. The consultant felt unapproachable, with limited availability. Their email signature/message even stressed how busy their calendar was and urged us to make quick use of what little time was left. This poor impression led us to source our mortgage protection elsewhere.

This is my second mortgage I have had the pleasure of dealing with the Mortgage Store, in particular Jake Marshall and Donna Clarke. Unbelievable experience from the start
