Well what can I say I use so many of the products from Herbal pet supplies from cleaning products to keeping my dogs teeth clean! But I’m happy with them all but the silver gel is my must have product! Iv always had good service and quick delivery! Would highly recommend.

I purchased the Herbal Pet Supplies, No more bites... The flea treatment does not work and actually caused an infestation as it does not kill fleas! Pets were very distressed. Customer service awful and told me it's "near on impossible task for any product to work effectively”. Did not offer any refund or compensation. Ridiculous! Used decent chemical products which rectified the damage caused by using this product. Avoid this company and it's over priced, ineffective products! EDIT...The reply below is incorrect, I didn't ask if it was 100% effective, I was asking for advice as I was slowly getting an infestation as the product doesn't work....I was trying to get to the bottom of whether the product kills fleas or just discourages then from jumping on the pet! It actually does neither! I had to chase as emails were ignored and when I asked about returning the policy they ignored me completely, no further correspondence.

I am so happy I found your skin tag oil. My Vizsla has had a skin tag for a few months and it was getting bigger and bigger.
The vet said it was nothing to worry about but if I wanted it removed it would mean sedation which I didn't want to do. I was recommended skin tag oil which I have used for 10 days twice a day. I am so happy that today when I applied the oil the skin tag just fell off. #Amazing Thank you so much x

I love all the Herbal Pet products, my pup is definitely a Herbal Pets pup....The products are all natural and work amazingly and i highly recommend them to anyone.

To begin with we was very unsure about the pearly whites was thinking how could herbs help but they really do, we really didn't want to put our girl through the stress if having a teeth clean at the vets due to her age (and the extortionate prices they charge) so thought wed give it a go. Plus she likes the taste so it makes her eat her food straight away as she would always try and hold out to see if she got anything better. We use the powders and the trinkette liquid 1 with breakfast 1 with main meal.

Our elderly dog kept getting UTI’s, after reading the reviews we bought the PH Tonic, 2 teaspoons, twice a day mixed in her food and all is great and UTI gone with no medication from vets . As a dog lover I can highly recommend Herbal Pet Supplies. Their products for the home are also amazing and we use lots of them

Last December our vet was unsure about cruciate ligament operation for our 10 year old Springer Spaniel with arthritis. Not liking the idea of anaesthetic at her age, decided to try loosen up powders. June check up nothing said about ligament damage, and arthritis calmed down. Today been running through woods. Quality of life greatly improved thank you Claire for creating all the herbal pet goods!

I started using no more bites which was fine to start with, it's definatley kept the ticks away, unfortunately after witnessing one of my dogs scratching I found that they had both got fleas
So it does not keep fleas at bay unfortunately 😔 I'm now trying very hard to deal with an infestation 😫

Wow! Always been impressed with herbal pet supplies. Great communication and fast delivery, kept updated if delays due to increased demand. Have tried loosen up gel for myself. I had bought it before for my dogs with arthritis. Wow, applied to my stiff neck that I'd had for a few days and within less than a minute felt much more comfortable and that feeling has remained. I've had to sleep on the settee for a night and got back ache/ side ache. Slapped some loosen up gel on and now 5 hours later pain/ ache free. I cannot recommend this product enough.

This lady is amazing I had a puppy who after using the vet tablet ended up with fleas I used the bites stuff and boom clear and it’s so easy and nice to know it’s not harmful ! Also used the tummy good to know my pup is all clear and safe and I have to say his coat is absolutely amazing !! I’m not sure about customer service as I’ve received nothing but polite and friendly emails from them. Just ordered the eco wash after looking at the reviews !! So glad I found you recommended to all.

I bought Full Beam eye drops and they are a good product, however I have to write that I've rarely come across such a poor attitude to customer care. It was my first online order with them, though I had bought the drops before from a shop. I asked for clarification about frequency of use of the drops as the bottle stated a completely different frequency to that stated on the website. I also had a query about pipettes as the photo of the product showed it with a pipette, however it came as a screwcap, as you had to add pipette to your order. I can't be bothered to go into the issue about the pipettes but safe to say I was left with the feeling that my custom is not valued, and I received no reply about frequency of use. However the website directions for frequency were amended, as was the issue about ordering pipettes, yet there was no courtesy in replying properly to me about these issues, though it was my email that pointed the problem out. The interactions with Herbal Pet Supplies were unprofessional and amateurish. The positive reviews do not reflect my experience at all. I have no trust or faith in this company.

Very erratic messages were the one’s asking what was happening with the order & all I got back was rudeness and constant spam emails - if they put as much effort into processing orders as they do promoting the business they might not get reviews like this

No wonder people complain about rudeness when they send this - Your review will be removed by trust pilot, as it has zero substance, I have no idea why you have had such a negative attitude, life really is too short to be a miserable as you come across , maybe chill drops was a product more suitable to you than eco cleaner !

I have recently tried the laundry wash and I’m so impressed. No more allergic reactions and I’ve tried many different brands including some eco friendly ones! Very impressed and ordered my next two bottles already 🤩
