I have been buying from Claire for over 13 years. When I brought my first cat home I knew I wanted top quality products that weren’t harmful to him. Well, that’s certainly what Claire provides. From teething powders (he’s not far off 14 and has a full set of white string teeth) to natural parasite prevention, I couldn’t recommend these products more highly. Also a firm user of Eco cleaner, one bottle lasts me 6 months!

I do not like to write scathing reviews, I usually write poor service off... unfortunate experiences happen. However the communication and service I received from Herbal Pet Supplies has caused me to abandon my poor service mantra. Delivery notices despatched without any despatch! E mails not responded too...apologies not offered.Eventually when emails were responded to there was a series of rather meaningless excuses....small staff numbers,holidays in the middle of the Indian Ocean and post covid trading conditions. The question of refunds for now un-needed products remained un-answered. Apparently my now unwanted product has been dispatched...I await with baited breath. If you choose to use a small specialist provider you would expect a very customer based service, unfortunately this has not been the case...they can not compete on price with the large on line sellers so they must compete in terms of service and answerability. I'm sorry that this review makes rather uncomfortable reading but this is written by a very disgruntled and dis-satisfied customer .

I love Herbal Pet Supplies. Particularly the Chill Drops. Quick to respond to orders, super speedy delivery, regular updates on the status of my purchase. Well done team!

Claire & her wonderful company have completely given my beautiful dog Polly a new lease of life with the Loosen Up Powder. I can’t recommend this powder enough! 4 years ago Polly was diagnosed with badly damaged cruciate ligaments in both her back legs & could hardly walk. She had painkillers, steroids, physio & hydrotherapy until the Insurance wouldn’t pay out any more thousands. The vets wanted £7000 to operate but along with me no way being able to afford it, Polly wouldn’t have coped with the following 6 week crate rest. So a friend (thanks Sam!) recommended this powder & she’s been on it daily ever since. No vet visits in 4 years, no other medication or supplements. It’s simply brilliant so thanku from me & Polly xx❤️🐾

Extremely disappointed with the late delivery even though I had paid for 24 hrs tracking royal mail.
The admin that replied at first didn't check to see which I paid for and said it was 48hr. When I replied saying no it was 24 the response was "ah, yes, sorry, I see that now, they are a day late in this case
sometimes this happens and its beyond our control"
When I said the service that was paid was 24 hrs and so now another day of waiting.
Again the reply was "it doesn't really work like that sadly, and its not a guarantee , this is stated on their website.
if you download the app , you can request a safe place for parcels , its really easy to do, I have this set up for myself"
First of all it does work that way when it clearly says 24hr tracking the contract is that.
Second I am not having to discuss about the reason why it's not left in a place.
Terrible attitude
Since placing this review I have been repeatedly contacted and bullied by the company to remove this review.
The company did not disclose that royal mail would not keep to the time frame of a 24 hour delivery I purchased with herbal pets. There was no option of anyone else if they knew it would be late then they should remove the option of purchase and only advertise it as standard delivery.
They have in their last email told me they will get Trustpilot to remove my review.
Very disappointed with this response. The company in my opinion is trying to pass the blame to royal mail. Yes royal mail state they aim to deliver but when companies state something especially a time frame for delivery then they are obliged to carry it through and if that means changing the carrier services then so be it.
The emails will show that I gave proof on their Facebook page and on their site that they say in their own words the item will be delivered. There is no may be late on it.
As for the disclosure of my bottle of shampoo in my opinion is unprofessional. Is this a way to say small orders are not important?

I ordered chill drops via the website On 28th October and paid extra for 48hr delivery. After emailing the email add provided on the "help" section after waiting until 31st for delivery as I had paid the extra for quicker shipping I then received an automatic email response which stated you were on a family holiday. When ordering via the website it didnt state anywhere regarding this and delays with posting due to family holiday. I emailed everyday since the automatic reply on the 31st October requesting the order was cancelled and I was refunded as id bought other medication for anxiety as I needed them for the dates provided. I then had an email 3rd Nov stating on your "facebook" page it was put that you were on a family holiday. I replied stating I did not follow your social media so wasnt aware as again there was no mention of your family holiday when ordering. I continued to email stating I wanted the order cancelled and refunded as I no longer wanted these chill drops. On your website it states refunds aren't allowed once the item has been posted so I gave ample opportunity for the order to be cancelled before you posted it. I have received the drops today when I have asked for them not to be sent out as id already purchased another brand from elsewhere. You clearly received my many emails which you responded to one email only this email is the one you sent about it being on your socials about you being on a family holiday, I replied to say I didnt follow your social media. So now the order has been delivered when I asked for it to be cancelled from the 31st October and now I cant return as its in your terms and conditions! Absolutely appalling customer service and you clearly knew once I had received them there was nothing I could do to get my refund as requested. I will be looking at getting further advice regarding this and will ensure people are aware. Will not use this company again!

My wee staffy was in the vet yesterday to have a lump removed from her mouth under a general. They told my husband when he dropped her off that while she was under they would give her teeth a “good clean” 🙄

The vet called me later to say all had gone well etc. She then asked how we keep her teeth clean, I told her we use a herbal powder added to her food and asked why, she said her teeth were super clean and in really great condition so the only tooth they needed to clean was where the lump had been against!

Gracie has had pearly whites added to her food for about 3/4 years, she is now 7. I can not recommend this product enough!!

Terrible products
My partner bought the pearly whites powder for our dog. After using it for a while and not noticing anything he starts acting oddly. We took him to the vet and they can’t work out what’s wrong with him, gave him some anti inflammatories for artheritis. Girlfriend goes away for a weekend and I don’t feed him any of the powder and he’s fine, she comes back and gives it to him and now he’s acting odd again. Turns out one of the main ingredients, marjoram, is known to be toxic to dogs. The product says safe for all animals. I will never buy a product from this company, they are dangerous and irresponsible and lucky that I’m not taking them to court for endangering my dog’s life. Absolute joke of a company.

Following your reply: That is a barefaced lie. I have never bought anything from your company under my name. My girlfriend bought it. It doesn’t surprise me that you’d be willing to lie like this as all of the reviews on your website are clearly fake, there’s nowhere to submit a review! All of them are 5 star! I wonder how that could happen? You are liars and frauds and I’m happy to be on here to make sure other people are aware of this. A quick google search and speaking to vet confirms that marjoram is in fact toxic to dogs. You are snake oil salesmen. I will be contacting trading standards to make a complaint about your company’s conduct.

Chill drops had no effect whatsoever, even at the maximum dose. 7 pipettes, roughly 5ml in one dose.

I am very wary of positive reviews especially when you can only leave a review if you sign up and create an account during purchase.

Ordered and received chill drops on recommendation. Thrilled. Dogs love the taste, so easy to administer and they work! Also using thundershirt and snood but know these didn’t work on their own. Definitely give these a try if you’ve got a dog scared of fireworks etc.

Won some bless you shampoo on the facebook giveaway and honestly is an amazing product. Smells amazing and my doggos fur is so soft. Also reconmend the doggie nose balm, works a treat on dry noses. Thanks again!

After months of runny poos diarreah bad wind night time waking and 2 vet visits, I had a lightbulb moment and checked herbal pet supplies site and there they were. After 2 days there were vast improvements and after a week everything is just perfect! All back to normal firm poos no wind and sleeping all night! I can't shout loud enough about these powders. I use a lot of this company's products but these are my new must haves

Can highly recommend the skin tag oil, my boy had a wart come up on near his eye, the vets said they would have to completely put him under to remove it. I tried the oil thinking it may shrink it a bit, but within under a week using it twice a day, the wart dropped off ! Amazing!

I've used shampoo and conditioner which have been great for itchy, sensitive scalp....these products have been my favourite. These work on my pugs and frenchbulldog. Top class products and customer service 👌

Pearly Whites is an excellent product that is really easy to get your dog to take mixed in food. My vet said my 12 year old cockapoo even though he is an older dog his teeth make him look like a puppy as they are so white. I recommend pearly whites to lots of people.
