I called to clear confusion about a coupon code, and to ask about the discrepancy between what is stated on the brochure I received and the provisions on the website. Brochure: "Free rush shipping on every order." That is clearly stated in at least two places. Website: The cost of the product, Circulation EDTA, was $82.69. A message appeared saying I could get free shipping if I spent $16.32 more, because free shipping required an expenditure of more than $99.
When I called, a message said I would be placed in the queue and called when my turn came. That was about 24 hours ago. No one has called.
So I called again, and a man asked, "How can I help you?" I told him that no one had called me, and I'd like a promise that he would call if the need arose. He said he had nothing to do with that, and again asked how he could help me. No apology. I read to him the line from the brochure: "Free rush shipping on every order." He replied that you have pay $4 extra for rush shipping. He said he'd worked there four years, and those are the terms. I tried to explain that whether or not it was a rush order, the point was that the shipping was supposed to be free. (I wasn't interested in a rush order.) He wouldn't let me go any further; he hung up.
I had read a trove of similar complaints about this company, and the follow-ups by management apologizing and supposedly making amends. A rude agent would be held accountable, the response said. I submit that, if such were the case, employees would refrain from rudeness and demonstrate willingness to deal with a legitimate question. Management's responses to complaints ring hollow.
After reading the reviews, I decided to go ahead with the order because few complained about the products. But my experience confirmed that, regardless of the products' quality, the customer service is atrocious. In fact, the free rush shipping declaration on the brochure is false advertising, which is illegal. I likely will file a complaint with the Florida attorney general's office.

Ik heb 18 sept een boek besteld en €31,- overgemaakt. Tot op heden na veel app verkeer en gemail nog niets ontvangen. Op de site wordt een fysiek boek afgebeeld maar het blijkt een e book te zijn. Dat vind ik misleidend.
Veel beleefde mailtjes heen en weer met als resultaat nog steeds niets in mijn mailbox ( ook niet in spam).

This company has the poorest customer support of any company I have ever dealt with. I moved and emailed them the new address and they ignore two emails. This last time I cancelled. Ultra poor customer service.

At the end of March 2023, I bought 12 bottles (60 Veg Capsules) of StrictionD Premium Blood Sugar Support after reading a pharmacist's very positive review of it. She seemed very knowledgeable, but I have to wonder after receiving my shipment. I was very disappointed to learn that StrictionD contains "Magneium Stearate (Vegetable)" in its list of other ingredients. Healthy Habits writes a lot about striving for health and wellness; yet, actions are stronger than words. Healthy Habits puts Magnesium Stearate, a very Unhealthy ingredient in its Striction D and other products. Magnesium Stearate has no benefits at all; it is just a cheap method mainly used to prevent supplements from sticking to their machines during manufacturing. Is an anti-coating (flow agent) agent so machinery can run at higher speeds. Normally created from cottonseed oil which is full of pesticides. A quality and health promoting supplement would use rice bran or rosehips instead. Unfortunately due to cutting corners and indifference of true overall health, magnesium stearate is found in ~95% of supplements. It suppresses T-cells which are a super important part of the immune system that kill toxins in your body. Weakens cells which can lead to wrinkles and also cancer since it messes with cells. Vegetable magnesium stearate is usually made from GMO soybeans. Magnesium stearate aggregates over time and degrades bio-availability (absorption) which defeats the purpose of taking vitamins, minerals, and different supplements. Very disappointed in Healthy Habit's approach of writing and saying one thing, like not cutting corners and not using cheap ingredients, but doing the opposite by using magnesium stearate.
