Been good over the yrs but when brands dont stock up their funds - it's for you to chase.

CAn't rely on payment dates anymore.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a platform like this. The customer service is non-existent—slow replies, copy-paste answers, and no real help when it matters. Many of the “brands” listed are either coupon farms or questionable third-world companies that feel like scams.

To top it off, payments are delayed with no clear timeline. I still have funds sitting in the account that I can’t withdraw, and no one can give a straight answer. This platform is a complete waste of time and trust. I’d strongly advise any serious brand or partner to stay far away.

Incompetent onboarding staff.

Technical support that rarely if ever responds. When they do its SUPER late.

High level corporate employee's are dishonest and unreliable.

They are here to take your $1,000 a month until you realize it is a total scam and leave.

The only thing good about them is the sales pitch (which is fantastic and 100% dishonest) and everything else is a total and complete scam.

8 months spent, thousands of dollars paid to them, and not a SINGLE install. All the behavior appeared to bots with a lot of clicks but ZERO app installs.

They gave us nothing but excuses, delay tactics, and total dishonesty.

Save yourself the time and headache and just throw a few thousand bucks on the ground and light it on fire, you will thank me later.

We sent them multiple sales that did not register on the affiliate dashboard. Also, clicks did not get updated. Our clients made purchases but commission was not granted. Looks like they are cheating everyone. I'm just glad I caught them cheating.

Impact raduis does not deserve a single star. They are a scam! I have been working as an Affiliate for Shipbob, Shopify and Debutify. I use to earn money with this companies and they use to pay me however these companies (Shopify, Debutify and Shipbob) moved their Affiliate network to Impact raduis. I earned money, they paid out to impact raduis but impact raduis blocked my account and held my money. I opened a ticket for over 6 months but their support basically do not respond when they do after weeks-months, they ask question like a copy of my passport and a picture of myself, I sent it. they asked me to put a verification meta code on my website, I did that immediately. yet when they ran out of questions to delay my payment. they totally ignored my ticket and continue to hold my money then blocked my account. Impact raduis is a scam!

Very big Scam the fake company take payments from marchant companies , but never release to affiliates who's promote and work spend lot of times and Money for promotions,
They Blocked your account without any reason and also customer support after didn't reply your questions, be aware of scam.

As an advertiser, I do not recommend using IR 100%. The only good thing about it is its support team and reporting. They have a lot of fake affiliates and scammers within the network. Low-quality affiliates. Extremely expensive in comparison to other good affiliate networks. Working with IR you will definitely see negative ROI.

This is scammed website after you want to withdraw they will start asking you stupid question till they will blocked your account

Impact Radius is absolutely hopeless. Support is practically non-existent, dismissive, and just plain useless.

ImpactRadius is a scam website and fraud they will not pay to you your earnings i have confirmed earnings from the Brand that i promoted to his and i surprised they block access to my account without giving me any reason and did n't send to me any proof about blocking access to my account and they told to me they will not send to my confirmed earnings without reson i did n't recomend any one to deal with them

This Affiliate Network is a big scam. They told you to sell there product. But after selling the product they will tell you that the sell is not tracked. And refused to pay for the product.
They are even not eligible for single star.
