I recently attended the CSTF training session conducted by The Health and Safety Group. The training was very informative and well-organized. I both enjoyed and found to be informative the days training, lots of policy details in the first part of the day and the practical exercises followed with the right equipment available for life support and manual handling training.

The training face to face is really the best option to learn. I'm really happy with the all day training delivered by Health and Safety, and especially this year I the trainer Nathan Kwabi excellent. He managed to keep all of us engaged and interested in all subjects. I hope to have him again in my next year all day training. Thank you Nathan, don't change, be the way you are always.
